Front desk staff were super nice and extremely helpful. Wi-fi was extremely spotty and a lot of times didn't work at all, keycards stopped working multiple times (never was anywhere near a cell phone either), most nights had a dance party on the 2nd floor for some unknown reason with lights and booming music (!!!!), shower leaked water all over the floor, water pressure was variable, breakfast is the exact same every single day so got tired of it very quickly, they charge for using the water bottles in your room and don't tell you until checking out. Wouldn't stay here ever again.

Nice staff, good breakfast and fair accommodations. Be careful with the surroundings, it´s a typical downtown of a large Brazilian city.

Good value for the money near the bus station. Good breakfast. The only negative thing was that the remote to the aircondition was broken and it was set to 23° and could not be changed or turned off. Got a bit chilly.

This hotel is a good value option, centrally located, close to the main bus station in Belo Horizonte. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful - I made a side trip to Ouro Preto and they allowed me to leave my suitcase in the hotel for me to collect on my return stay

Staff, cleanliness and location

The surroundings. I stayed in the hotel before Covid and the surroundings were acceptable. Now the property is surrounded by homeless people and people who seem to be on drugs or alcohol. Not a pleasant or safe place to walk around. The Prefeitura should do something to improve this area which is an emblematic, central part of Belo Horizonte.

Location Nothing

Great location in the center of town with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was accommodating and polite and the breakfast options were plentiful and very good. Room had a stunning view of Praça Sete de Setembro which was a lovely bonus. Wifi was a little spotty in my room, but generally good throughout the rest of the hotel.

breakfast was good. view from the room was nice and allowed us to see the sunset we had one problem after the other. we had to move rooms, broken light in the bathroom, door not locking so we had to switch room but the worst issue is that, although we told the reception we were leaving early in the morning, our car was stuck in the garage as there were so many cars in the parking lot so he had to remove several cars before we could leave. that’s just a lack of professionalism and could have made us late for our flight. location is in the centre, poor area and dodgy people, not the best area to stay
