Breakfast was good. Staff was nice The twin beds were way smaller than I imagined. The blanket wasn't very thick and I had to sleep with my sweater and long pants on. towel hooks were loose or broken. the sink is WAY too big and it covered all the counter space needed for my toiletries. There wasn't enough hanging/ drawer space for 2 people. I lived out of my suitcase, instead of a hotel. It was just different than I expected. some baseboard was broken or missing. The towels were not quite as clean I as expected. Stains on some of them. Shower was colder than I wanted. More options for breakfast would be nice. Too many Bolos and not enough "hot food"

Small hotel with parking, air con needed in windowless rooms. Ok for one night, clean and tidy. No wondows.

It was good value for money. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. I would have given it a 6 or 7 apart from the one thing that completely ruined it. There was a hole cut in the blinds and the opaque covering on the window was scratched off to create a place for people to peer into the room directly at the bed. It was obviously done for someone to perv on the guests having sex in the bed. I noticed the same thing on a few of the other rooms. I had to use plasters to cover up the hole as seen in the attached picture. Terrible that this was allowed by the hotel and not fixed. Made me feel very uncomfortable staying there.
