The view, the location, the cleanliness of the place, the happy hour at the Grand Bar. Lots of high scoring marks. No so much didn't like as how surprised I was by the age or "old age" of the almost totality of the guests in majority from Great Britain, very polite people.

A beautiful hotel where the rooms are immaculate. The staff cannot do enough for you in every area. Food is excellent and the public areas light and bright. The outside spaces are always clean and tidy.

The location to the harbour around 20 mins which was good. Breakfast had a large and varied choice.

We arrived in the middle of the night after our flight had been cancelled late due to the power failure. We had no where to stay and were very desperate, whilst we had managed to book a room for the Tuesday evening with you because it was passed midnight 28th/29th the booking system wouldn’t let us book for the Monday. Your night manager couldn’t check to see if you had a room available as your system was down. He was very apologetic and told us to come back the next day. After spending the night in the airport as we had no where to go (not your fault) we returned the next morning where your night manager still on duty and your receptionist looked after us so well. They were extremely helpful in checking us in quickly and allowing entry into the room immediately so we could get some rest. Unfortunately we were so tired we didn’t get their names but we really appreciated their help and would like to say a huge thank you to them. All of your staff are very pleasant and helpful and although we were only with you for one night/day we really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will return under better circumstances Nothing, you were wonderful

Location. Friendly and accommodating staff The covers on the king size bed were weird. Also the bathroom needs more hooks to hang towels and shelves for putting things / cosmetics away

The staff are excellent, can not do enough for you. Location right in the middle of two resorts and easy to get to on train or bus We had a room at the front and it was a bit noisy, on the other hand it was great to people watch

The hotel was very clean, we stayed in a standard double room which was nice and spacious! Nice location with lovely views. The staff were very friendly, especially Paco on the pool bar, he was super friendly and good fun! Nothing
