When we arrived, there was an unclean toilet and sink in the bathroom, the sewer had weird noise and the wifi was poor in the room.

The location to the beach was ideal and shopping very convenient too.Staff were all very pleasant and helpful A lot of the food was done in sauce.Would be nice to have sauce as an option on the side as I don't take any sauce on food

Not much Location is not good, rooms are old, voew on dumpsters and parking, you cab hear your neighbors and the restaurant is catastrophic

This is a typical tourist hotel one can find with all the positives and negatives attached. Hotel is right on the beach from with 2 minutes walks. There are a lot of places to eat around, some shops in the short walking distance and some attraction within 15min walk. Breakfast is nothing special but if fine for the price. Apartments were very small with barely space to walk (we had 3 beds to accommodate a kid). As we only stayed one day it was fine, but in a long term two separate rooms would be required. Maintenance is required as bathroom was in quite a rundown state (bathtub surface damage, tap components falling from the wall).

It was all really good, from the friendliness of the check in lady (forgot to ask her name - but thank you to her) onwards everything was great. The breakfast buffet was good, room was good (we had single 3 beds - perfect for us) location is good. No complaints at all and I highly recommend the hotel as great value for money. I liked everything

Very little. My experience of hotel staff in Spain has been that they are generally smart In appearance, hard-working, competent, polite, friendly. Very few Alba Beach staff were like that. The Reception staff were unhelpful, verging on Rude. The Restaurant staff worse. Ill manners, shabby in appearance, lazy, slipshod, unfriendly .New management required? The food was of very poor quality, with little variety or choice. Food often cold, no heated plates. The tables had the cheapest and most useless place mats. Sub-standard throughout Restaurant. My room was dull and drab with no decoration..Also noisy most of the day. Workmen hammering and drilling. I was not advised repairs were being done. Nor was there any explanation or apology offered by any of the staff. This is not only outrageous but probably illegal. Not recommend!!!
