Location Noisy
-
The hotel is perfectly situated with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. We were satisfied with everything.
-
Breakfast can get a bit congested.
-
Everything is perfect all the facilities are of a high standard it’s got everything Nothing
-
Elevators broke down almost every day. We even got stuck in one. Heated pool is available, but not suitable for young children. If you want a good heated pool, you need to pay extra at the Spa.

Location close to the harbour and bus stops. Clean room and public areas. Love the Sunset roof terrace bar, a shame it's not open to regular guests before 5pm as in general it was empty. A missed commercial opportunity for the hotel. Room very warm, aircon switched off l, no ability to circulate any air. Stayed for 4 nights, evening meal buffet very poor on 1st night although it did improve on the other nights by comparison. We stayed last January and in comparison the buffet offering has deteriorated, looked like cost cutting. The spa was 25e entry pp for a 90m visit, so 50e per couple which is ridiculous. Only saw one person in it, which spoke volumes really. Very few will use it at that price. A complete waste of the facility. Other hotels nearby offer spa access as part of their room deal. From memory I recall access being 15e pp last Jan which we would have paid. It's run by a separate company now, which seems to be counter productive.

The hotel is very nice but just too big.Finding your room was quite a task at first and involved lots of corridor walking. The food was okay but not for us and the set out of food and drinks was abit disorganised.

Everything about our stay was just fabulous. The hotel, facilities, location and staff . As a family with young children the staff were all so lovely and inclusive, the kids club was a lovely little area to spend out of the sun and the staff in there were great too, face painting, soft play. The amount of communal seating areas and all different styles never left you needing a chair, and never an issue for sun beds. Nothing

Check in, free upgrade, spacious room, size of the property Breakfast could’ve been better but there was a large variety to be fair

Well laid out , nice swimming pools Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was not cleaned or made up. We had a ten day stay, 3 of the days the room wasn’t cleaned, nor was soap or fresh towels changed.

Completely refurbished, ideal for children, very clean Lifts hard to use during peak hours, plus one of them broken. Room a bit tiny for 4, specially the beds

Superb

Hotel very well situated with access to the beach. Everything was close, to the port, restaurants and grocery stores. To further attractions you could get a taxi for 10-15e max. Taxi stand is opposite the hotel. Breakfasts good but monotonous. Every day the same with no options gluten free. It was impossible to get an iron from the hotel, even though such an option was in the description. We bought our own in a nearby shop and left in room 2424. ;) I hope will wait there for me. We had dinner once where the price was surprisingly low (15e per person) and we were disappointed. For a 4-star hotel and its standard, the food served should be much better. For a person who does not eat meat, there was not much to choose from. I suppose that the same thing was served every day for dinner. It is good that there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Beautiful hotel, both inside and outside areas were lovely. Plenty of sun beds & chairs to hang out. Rooms were very spacious and modern. Breakfast was fab. The staff member in the spa are was not very accommodating or friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily but floors could have been cleaner.
