Great hotel. Clean. Great breakfast options. Our room was on the 1st floor next to the laundry room so it was a little noisy at times, but overall a good experience.

Everything was clean and spacious. I really enjoy having a breakfast when you can make your own waffles with two flavors and many other options choices for breakfast.

Staffing at front desk and breakfast area very pleasant and helpful. Indoor pool wasn’t very cold that was good because the outside weather was cold. There is a small exercise area, washer and dryer. Just like being at home. Warm and comfortable being away from home.

Room was quiet and extremely clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located to downtown Bend. Free parking and breakfast.

Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)

Over all the room, bed, and bathroom were clean and very comfortable for our 2 night stay. The breakfast offered a good selection of foods both heated and cold, and drinks and opened promptly at 6:30 a.m. I would stay there again.

The desk and kitchen staff were very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff as well. My main complaint is that when I got to the room, the trash in kitchen had not been emptied. It was overflowing with literally full diapers that then I had to go empty myself because there was no staff to clean it that evening.
