The country Inn in Bend, Oregon was one of the best places we have ever stayed in when we were traveling.

I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I am at the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like urine, which appeared to be covered up with air freshener. The smell was unpleasant and made the room feel unclean. The carpet was also visibly dirty, adding to the overall impression that the room adopt been properly maintained. When I reported these concerns to the front desk, the staffs response was disappointing rather than addressing the issue, or offering a solution. They became defensive, and simply stated that no one else had complained about it. They were unhelpful and May no real effort to resolve the problem or ensure I had a comfortable stay. I expect a clean odor, free room and customer service or text Gus concerns seriously. Unfortunately, this hotel did not need the six lactations and I would not stay here again.

I read the other reviews and booked by the ratings and was disappointed. This was more like a Super 8 not a Country Inn. It might of just been an off day but not a great stay. The hotel is crammed in between a bunch of buildings and fences , the hot tub was not hot , the carpet in the hall was all bunched up and dirty looking , the bathroom sink drained really slow , the tv remote didn’t work , the walls had poor patching job done , the room was clean but not really clean and the elevator was not working. The staff was nice and cookies were good and there was a hot breakfast that was good. For half the price I think I would choose the Super 8 next time and it may be a better stay than this hotel

Great location but…bed & pillows had horrible body odor from previous guests. Hotel sold out & couldn’t Change rooms. Totally gross and too late to change hotels. Bed in room 212 should be replaced!! Nice sitting area to unwind by fireplace .

Great and friendly staff went out of their way to facilitate our special needs. We were traveling from a medical visit and stopped in Bend for family. My son has special medical needs and requires special cleanliness requirements.... the facility was immaculate.

Breakfast room was nice. Ran out of things quickly. Air conditioning did not cool. Luke warm room. Couldn't sleep. Front desk person said it was fine. It wasn't! Old room. Not as clean as other hotels as early as yesterday. After driving 7 hours I was very disappointed in the room, the service, and the lack of cooling. I will never stay here again!

The amazing front desk woman on Saturday the 6th was very helpful and considerate. She greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful to nearby restaurants. Probably the most awesome hotel front desk person I’ve ran into in 25 years. This woman needs a raise!

The breakfast was really good, and it was comfortable. The room was a good size, and the staff was really nice. The parking was free and easy enough to find a spot. The furniture in the room looked dirty and stained. The bed sheets kept coming off the bed with just regular sleeping. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and the toilet didn't look very clean. The carpet in the hallway definitely needed to be replaced. The hotel was set back off the street, so it was a little hard to find with navigation. All in all it wasn't too bad of a stay, but the facility was worn and dated. I would like it to be cleaner for the price I paid. It was a last minute find, and though it was a concert weekend, one night was $291. It was the cheapest decent looking place I could find, so it served its purpose.
