The theme of campfire was brought throughout the room and campus. There were VERY loud guests around the fire pit after 1030.

We were staying on the ground floor, which also made privacy difficult since we could not keep the shades open often without people being able to see inside. On top of that, the noise level throughout the stay was hard to ignore. There was a DJ playing at the pool for several hours each day, and it was very loud across the property all weekend. It would have been more understandable if there were a special event happening, but this seemed to be the regular atmosphere. Since mostly families and kids were using the pool, there was really no way to enjoy that area or escape the constant music. The room itself was not very soundproof either. We could hear the people above us walking around, and every time the neighbors opened or closed their door, we heard it clearly. That said, one highlight was the bike amenities, which we really loved and got great use out of. The location was also decent—close enough for a short walk to downtown—though the surrounding area was just okay, and there were homeless encampments behind the hotel. In the end, I had a good enough stay overall, but probably wouldn't be back or recommend

It’s old and run down, the room smelt like wet dog. The pool is from the 70’s with new paint. The parking is unacceptably small, they put a gas campfire and burrito bus in the parking lot, making it even smaller. The staff was nice, but I won’t be going back.

Now, about those room photos… whoever took them deserves a raise in real estate photography. I’m pretty sure they used a .5 lens borrowed from NASA because the actual room was significantly smaller. The bathroom was so tiny I had to negotiate with the door just to get out of its way so it could close. The wallpaper was auditioning for a renovation by slowly peeling itself off the walls. The mattress felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs, which was great if the goal was to count each one individually. And the Wi-Fi? Let’s just say the TV spent more time buffering than entertaining. At one point I think the loading circle deserved its own credit in the movie. Overall, the property has charm, and the staff was great. Just don’t expect the room to be as spacious as the photos suggest—or to binge-watch anything while you’re there.

This place was super cute. Clean, large rooms, lots of cute little extras. Didn’t have time to use pool or fire pit but will use next time.

Parking is a little tight, especially with all the big trucks and camper vans in Bend.

Clean and quiet room. Close to downtown.

Cons: The pool was really busy with larger group of adults and was just crazy enough that our kids didn't want to go in. It also looked like one person was vaping and they allow smoking in around the complex with sitting areas and ash trays right outside many of the rooms...so that's a bummer. I think that even though many of the rooms are appealing to young families, the hotel is more geared towards adults, and maybe more towards the party crowd. While the room layout was great with separate rooms, a kitchenette, and a full sized refrigerator, a couple of small improvements would make it more functional. There is just one AC unit under the main window, but no ventilation in either bedroom. They provided one floor fan, but installing mini-splits or even ceiling fans would make it more comfortable. The second suggestion would be to install a mirror somewhere in the room. There was only the bathroom mirror, so if that is occupied it made it hard for the ladies to get ready. :) All in all, we'd stay again as the price was right.

Such a great place to stay when visiting Bend! My stay started with a warm welcome, even at midnight! Thanks front desk! Convenient location, great staff and good sized rooms. I was pleasantly surprised with everything they offered. A assortment of snacks and drinks were available for purchase in the room & mini fridge. I had a late flight arrival and they take check-ins until 2am which is hard to find. I mean they had everything from a food truck on the property, a legit bonfire at night, free bicycle rentals for guests, great drinks at the bar on the property and even bathing suits for purchase in case you forgot yours. The pool is heated so take advantage! Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a more unique and nice stay at this boutique hotel!

Checked in to the hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable. We ended up leaving before even staying 1 night. This is not a clean area, or good place to bring family.

After my husband had a bad experience at another hotel that overbooked his paid room. I was able to book Campfire Hotel last minute. He said the staff was great and property was really nice. He wants to go back when I can go too.

Excellent stay. Great staff. Really cute and comfortable rooms. AC was on prior to our arrival so room was cool. Very nice perks. Free arrival beer. Will return.

What a sweet and "campy" little motel. The upgrades and setting make you feel like you have stepped back in time, in all the right ways. Pool and hot tub were great - A DJ to boost for the the day. The fire pit was a great place to warm up after an evening swim. Room was comfortable with plenty of space. I usually am a no go for a motel, but this place changed my mind. We will be back!

I really liked the hotel. It had everything we needed, was clean and fun to stay at. Good location too. Has a mini fridge and microwave. Just know that it plays music on a speaker outside until 10 pm every night, or at least that's what happened during our stay. Didn't bother us at all, and they give earplugs if needed, but letting others know in case you prefer quiet.

My wife and I stayed here on a long weekend getaway. The place is cute and well maintained. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the campfire. We even roasted a few marshmallows while we were at it. Great location for bumping around Bend or exploring all the other places around the area.
