The buildings need a major overhaul. Beds have an awful metal base that makes a huge noise when you kick it, which is often because they extend way out. None of the wall plugs can hold a plug. Shower curtain hung way too low and tub diverter didn’t work.
-
We did not like the metal base plates to the bed. Must have kicked it several times. Unfortunately one was at 0430 that woke my wife. I am an early riser but my wife isn’t. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing.

Front desk was super welcoming when I arrived. We were in Bend for a concert. This was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean.

I actually had a decent night’s sleep despite the room on lower level with cars parked right in front of rooms, other than a noisy group of females at midnight and a family (I guess) leaving at 5:15 am things were pretty quiet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean, shower was great! TV reception not great (I watched 3 fuzzy episodes of old NCIS shows), and without an onscreen (or printed) menu to find channels of interest, it was hard to find something I wanted to watch. I scrolled thru 40-50 channels several times hoping to find a program rather than a commercial.

Very nice people Hot tub well maintained
-
No ice and no air filter to minimize the smell of smoke due to fire nearby
-
We did enjoy the hot tub right after we checked in but went to heat up dinner and found both microwave and refrigerator weren't working. Called front desk and were told they would have someone fix it the next day. There was no concern about us not being able to heat our meal. Will not be staying there again.

The location was great! The room and the facilities were clean. The staff was professional. I did not like that as a single female I was I was put in the end unit, which is the most unsafe. The door to the room would not shut/lock properly. I tried to purchase a Dr Pepper from the vending machine and received a half filled bottle, the front desk clerk told me I needed to call the phone number on the vending machine to report it, but there was no phone number on the vending machine machine.

Very rundown but the bed was comfortable

The air conditioning wasn’t working. It was fairly cheap, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I am glad that I am not there anymore.
