This was our second time staying here. The best part of the stay was how friendly and helpful the staff was. We will be coming back and staying here on our next visit.

The hotel was close to everything, neat, clean, smelled amazing, and the breakfast that’s was included was full of options and choices! We would stay there again, hands down!

We liked the hotel and dined at the attached Mexican restaurant. The most disappointing thing was that I left my AirPods behind in the room: I was able to track them via the FindMe app…..but when I contacted the hotel (twice) they told me that no one had handed them in. A day later the app notified me that “your ear buds are out of the case”. I’m not sure what to make of it all, but someone has them. All that said we will probably stay there again on a trip from California to Washington.

Charging station for EV cars, pool was small with strong chlorine smells, breakfast was decent, bathroom was clean and roomy. We will be back if the price is right.

Our room was clean and quiet. It was extremely hot outside and the a/c worked great. We liked the breakfast which included several hot items. We had dinner one of the nights we were there at the El Caporal which was conveniently right at the hotel. We will stay here again.

The hotel was quiet and the room was spacious with a sofa and coffee table. The room provided coffee, had a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was provided until 9 am and there was an adequate selection of foods.

Very clean, modern and well maintained. Sofa bed mattress was not the greatest, but that's pretty expected with sofa beds! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great stay, and so close to everything. Thank you!

Our sink drain was super slow and the toult was running. Asked for it to be fixed while we were out, but came back to nothing having been done and no communication about it. Breakfast ended at 9am SHARP. No flexibility. Would have been nice to have a little extra time.

Loved this hotel. The layout of the room and hotel were excellent. Everything felt clean and spacious. The high ceilings and walk in shower elevated the overall feel of the room. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in and was clean. I loved the laundry set up too—I used the washer/dryer several times while we stayed. The breakfast was fine and consistent: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon and pancakes. Check in was pretty quick and I had the option of checking in at a touch screen system or with the lady at the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean…loved the bathroom. The shower was huge! The breakfast was good with plenty of options. It’s just a short walk to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Wonderful experience!

Intermittant noise coming from what seemed to be a pipe with a wall not far from the bed. The first night I only got 2 1/2 hours of sleep partly because of this noise. Every morning housekeeping would forcefully try to open our door without announcing themselves and then just leave and never return. When I tried to take a shower, I discovered tge shower gel dispenser eas empty. I had to get out of the shower and get the hand soap from the sink to use. The towels literally felt like sandpaper when drying. After tge shower and dressing, I was able to locate housekerping in the hall to refill the shower gel. She said our room was marked as "out". Does that mean they thought no one was staying in it? Why did they try to come in every morning with no discussion as to when we would be out of the room? The building and rooms all look nice and well maintained but we will chose another hitel next time we are in Bend. Too many things that shouldn't be for the price we paid.
