The location of this hotel is amazing. It is just far enough out of downtown bend that you get to enjoy the nature of the area and have beautiful views without too much noise or crowds of people, while also being very easily accessible for when you want to be in the fray. The size of the room and the layout of the room are excellent. We loved having the little kitchenette for our drinks and snacks, which was very important because this place doesn't do room service for food/drinks. We spent a lot of time just sitting on our balcony taking in the views. We enjoyed using the pool, which was an easy walk from our hotel room. Parking was very accessible and we never had to fight for a spot, even with a wedding going on at the resort that weekend. There are tons of options for walking, with trails, paths, and lots of low traffic streets. We had our dog with us and they were extremely accommodating of him - offering beds, bowls, treats, etc. and there were stations with poop bags and trash cans all around. This place very clearly gets a lot of traffic and our room definitely could have used a revamp. The mattress was awful and needed replaced. It had a hole on each side from heavy use. The bathrooms are looking a little run down, in particular the shower which had gross looking grout and very low pressure water flow from the shower heads. The thermostat would not allow us to cool the room consistently and when it was working would only allow us to get it as low as 68F. One thing that would have been nice to know ahead of time is that this place does not do any room service. I think if the room could have cooled better and the mattress was decent, we could have overlooked the other things. But as it stands, we felt the rooms were overpriced.

Beautiful resort close to everything, but private enough to feel relaxed.

Loved it. Pool and gym amenities were very nice.

Staff was very nice. Good gym and nice pool. One of the restaurants was not open.

My wife and I spent the weekend here.... we've been busy with two weddings and needed a break away.... and we chose Bend.... and more specifically.... we chose Tetherow Resort. Two nights was a bit on the pricey side... but... we knew the rooms and the views would be stunning. And.... they were. We enjoyed the closeness of The Row.... literally just steps away from our room. Our only two complaints would be.... having to schedule to have our room cleaned up.... and.... the lack of lounge chairs at the undersized pool. Other than that.... had a great time. 8 out of 10. Might stay again.... might opt for a place a little closer to town.

Everyone and everything we encountered has the guest in mind. The convience of locations for pro shop, all the restaurants, activities and room locations is very helpful. Will be back soon.

There are food options, but overpriced, and fairly bland. A lot of unclear information about amenities- and what’s actually available, vs having to request in advance (bikes). Rooms are really well appointed. No water stations, however, and no water stocked in room. The keyed entrance lobby to the rooms is loud, and constant slamming of the door is a bit jarring.

The property is a very nice Golf resort property. It’s a distance away from downtown. I got in after midnight and there was no soap in the bathroom nor was there any bottled water available in the room? After traveling all day and the price that I was paying for the room, I would’ve thought they would’ve at least giving you a bottle of water or a tiny bottle of wine … anything! I was disappointed in the breakfast times offered… The food in the row was excellent. My room was not cleaned any of the three days I was there. When I was in the room, I had a privacy notice out, but other than that, the room could have been cleaned when I was gone. It wasn’t.. I found a girl on my last evening there and exchange the towels and she was very kind and friendly. Overall, I don’t think I would stay there again unless I was specifically going there to Golf.

Even though we are not golfers, we completely enjoyed the food, view, all the staff and general location to all things Bend.

Great experience.

We had a great time at our stay at Tetherow. The facilities are nice and clean, and the resort is conveniently located to town and to area activities. A thirty minute drive up the Cascade Lakes Highway will treat you to views like you’ve never experienced. We will definitely be back for more fun in Bend!
