There was so much bedbugs and I have asked for a refund. I have called them by conversation and they did not get back to me. I like fresh air..but the screen door to the balcony was useless. I am not an a/c person. Prefer ohead fan. .

There was no person at the check in office when we arrived. The sign to ring a phone number was not large and easy not to notice.

Basic accommodation for a one night stay Bathroom had wet floor entire time. Not sure what was leaking but very wet. Whole room was dated.

Nothing ! Refused to stay there The carpets were so dirty, you wouldn’t walk on in bare feet. Mold in the shower. The room had an extremely bad smell

Clean room, clean bedding and bathroom. Room smelt good. Fresh and clean. Faulty smoke alarm that woke me up at 12.30 am, 3am, 7am. I wasn’t smoking or cooking or showering. I was asleep. I had to climb on a chair and take out the battery as reception was closed. Batteries in the reverse cycle air conditioner’s remote were flat. So there was no heating or cooling possible in the room.
