I had no breakfast option on my booking. The carpets were quite dirty. All wardrobe handles were loose or out of order.

The wifi was good, free and easy to sign into. I appreciated that it had a smart tv so I could log into streaming services if I wanted to. The beds were comfortable. I liked that there was a key drop box for checking out so I wouldn't need to speak to staff if in a rush. I also liked that it was quiet. The rooms could definitely do with a bit of a refresh. The style has aged significantly. I liked that the TV was a smart tv, but it definitely felt a bit small for the room. The cleanliness wasn't brilliant- only the one toilet roll that was on the handle, and it had clearly been wet and dried out- which doesn't feel great. I also stepped on a tiny piece of broken glass on the carpet (which I know isn't strictly their fault- if they weren't made aware that the previous person staying had broken a glass then they may not know to be super thorough in vacuuming it).

This motel looks good from outside but very disappointing once inside everything is dated & dirty we stayed 3 nights & bedding was not changed on any day cannot recommend.

The accommodation was perfect, very well insulated rooms After ringing the motel and confirming that their indoor pool was heated, our very disappointed children couldn't swim cause the pool was just like warm. The only reason we booked this motel was for the indoor heated pool

The room was a good size. The bathroom. Although the colours are outdated. It's still clean. We're only there to sleep. So it's no problem at all. Warm. Comfy. Good location.

The room was big. The mattresses are very comfortable. The price and the sauna were not working.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, tv channels not working properly, light for desk area not working. There were 2 adults & only 2 towels - had to use same towels when spa used & shower in morning. Towels were more for children

This motel was extremely overpriced $370 for 1 night this motel should of been $160. Only booked because we were desperate for a room. No service at all, received a call to say the key was left under the mat.
