Owners/Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Any request was promptly and efficiently attended to in a very friendly manner. The property was spotlessly clean. Close to shopping center and hotels. Although the motel is on a major road the room are off the road and very quiet. Nothing. Just a note to be aware of .. vehicles eg high 4x4 with roof racks may have difficulty in accessing parking as maximum height access is 2.2m.

1. Exceptional Reception: The check-in experience was wonderful, thanks to Jennifer. She is incredibly kind, polite, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to help us with everything, looking up schedules and information for the places we wanted to visit. She even helped us plan our meals, advising us on where to eat and which restaurants are closed on Mondays. True hospitality! 2. Thoughtful & Cozy Room: Walking into the room, it was spotlessly clean. I was touched to find that they had already turned on the heater for the night so the room would be warm and cozy when we returned. It shows they truly care about their guests' comfort and aren't stingy with utilities! 3. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was great—there was a clear sign indicating where to use the colored towels for removing makeup, and the shower water was wonderfully hot. 4. Modern Entertainment: The room features a modern Smart TV. It easily connects to YouTube and personal phones, allowing us to watch our own shows, Chinese movies, and international news. 5. Conveniences & Room for Improvement: The room was well-equipped with a coffee maker, complete cutlery (plates, spoons, forks), and plenty of hand towels. The only small thing I would add is complimentary bottled water in the fridge, as I really love having plain drinking water available.

Great location. Property was very clean, and more spacious than you’d expect. Comfortable beds, and the room was warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
