Adequate room for a one night stay, room was clean, had a table and chairs and a small fridge. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the heating to work and it was very cold so had to sit in the bed to watch tv to keep warm. Bedding was cheap and thin. Coffee cups were stained and need replacing.The hotel is on the main road going through Bendigo and it was very noisy with traffic throughout the night The hotel itself is a converted house with 3 rooms, no staff on site. I was not aware of this when I booked, more like an airbnb where you are left to you own devices.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't complain about the room. Be aware that there are no staff on site. When booking online ensure you receive a text message. Once text message was received it provides the gate code/room code to your room. There are only 3 rooms.

This is a very quiet motel. Location is great, the bus stop is within 5 minutes' walk, activity centre is within 15 minutes' walk. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfy. Overall, a good experience. AC is a little bit slow. It needs more time to warm up the whole room. But this is really a personal feeling as I am the kind of person hate cold.

Nice room. Spacious bathroom. Place is hard to find. Not well signed. Especially if arriving in dark it's a absolute nightmare to find.
