Super clean room. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of linens on hand without having to make a call for extra! Parking was convenient and ample.

From check in to check out this was super easy, super awesome staff and a very pleasant experience...the breakfast better than many restaurants and the service spectacular! loved this hotel!!!

This was a place to stay when going to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. It’s a short 15min drive, and well worth it! The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The staff was very nice and welcoming. My only issue was the elevator was a little scary sounding, but other than that it was amazing

Please rooms. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing is that I the room there was just hot water in the shower. Other than that everything was perfect.

Clean place was located right off the freeway and the free breakfast was amazing. Me and my family ate great and would have paid like 60-70$ for food at a restaurant and it might not have even been as good.

As a pet friendly property, the staff was very friendly and kind to me and my two dogs (my boys). I would definitely recommend them and would return and use their services again. Breakfasts were very good as well.

I think that the staff was very helpful in my time of need. With them being pet friendly helped out emensly since I had my two dogs in my transplant from Southern California to the Northern California area. The staff was understanding and very helpful and were very kind to my dogs. I would stay here again if I had the chance or the need.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good I will list the problems, first (booking.Com) messed up my reservation, I ended up having to pay for two room. i doubt this will be printed. The rooms were old looking and so out dated the beds weren’t comfortable. in the bathroom the wallpaper looked pieced together, the elevator could use updating . In the lobby the couch was so stained I didn’t want to sit on it. The staff were very friendly and polite. They were the best part of that stay.

The location was excellent for our purposes, the facility was comfortable, and the staff very courteous and efficient Breakfast choices seemed a bit limited compared to other Holiday Inn Express facilities I've stayed in the last year, but everything was well-prepared.

Very good breakfast menu and excellent staff. Parking felt safe. Room staff person was very polite and an excellent representative of Holiday Inn Express. My check in was seamless and quick. Thank you.

The breakfast options were excellent and the food was delicious. The cook in the breakfast was also very friendly and properly greeted guest as they walked in to dine. In addition, we really appreciated the employee who brought us the baby crib. She was also very friendly, made us feel totally welcome. She demonstrated exceptional customer service and went out of her way to make sure we were all set especially since we showed up late at night. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Just wish they had a pool!

Very pleasant and convenient place to stay. We really enjoyed Benicia and hope to be back.

There was someone sleeping outside the property but that’s everywhere these days. Overall play experience.
