Staff was so nice and respectful 1-bath room was capsule installed in front of the intrace(picture available) 2- wash basen was in the room beside entrance;so first you go washroom and come out to wash hand 3-only one window which is not openable and even you can’t see thru because it is fixed with plaque glass 4- no refrigerator was available in the room 5- no cabinet for clothes,only you can hang your clothes on the wall hanger/frame above sofa so you can’t sit there as clothes are hanging on your head As per my opinion this room should not allot to guests 6- we travelled 4800 km to spent our holidays in a relaxing way but end up as I mentioned above Booking.com should give me the damage , Now it’s all upon booking.com team that how you people compensate this

Lovely room, compact but comfortable. Clean. Lovely bed, shower and lighting. A few English speaking cable TV channels. Complimentary slippers, dinner discount vouchers and snacks were a nice touch. The hotel arranged for me to have a complimentary 4 course meal, that was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even arranged for a mini fridge to be put in my room. The breakfast too was lovely. Fresh fruit, eggs cooked to your liking, (eg omelette) toast, waffles, pancakes, salad, vegetables, noodles, chicken, cereals, etc The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was a fair way from the hotel. You had to walk through the back of the hotel, down slope and along the back road past about 20 or o houses , through a small gate to find the pool. there were tables and sunbeds, a changing room with toilet and shower. The pool itself was lovely. They supplied pool towels too.

Nothing Hotel is like a shit , worst hotel ever stay in Bali all around the world , dirty , inside the room small insects , breakfast is very poor and not delicious better not the eat .ı put my shirt outside to dry hotel management took it and keep somewhere I asked many times didn’t bring it , I said I will call the police receptionist said as u wish , disrespected … after 1 hour later my tshirt came dirt and smell bad Stay away from this shit hotel

The breakfast was varied with many options for local and Western tastes. I especially liked the cut papaya and watermelon. Juice was usually guava or orange juice. Interestingly, I had to ask for milk for my coffee every day which the servers brought right away. Most hotels have milk by the coffee area but this was not a real problem.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Swimming pool was very far from the hotel and they didn’t manti on about it, room was very small for the family didn’t match my expectations, breakfast is same for 7 days

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special meal put on for new years eve for hotel stayers was a nice touch. We were not happy with our rooms. If you just want a bed & shower for the night this would be ok. The only window in the room did not open and you were unable to look out of it. So it was quite stuffy. The room smelt mouldy and when this was mentioned to staff they sprayed the room and left. We did have the room cleaned daily. The swimming pool was down the road, away from the hotel, access via the back, workers entrance of the hotel.

Friendly stuff, nice pool (out of the main building), rich breakfast (Indonesianstyle) absolutely nothing for drying the swimsuits, no space for the clothes storage

friendly professional staff, good food, interesting bathroom everything was damp in the room, the window was fixed and had a privacy foil on it, you couldn't see anything out

The room was kinda small. The towels for the pool had stain on them! Also the bath towels were very worn out and looked very dark instead of white!
