The location was nice if you wee looking for a cultural couple of days ion the south of Bali, but needed to be car transport as it was off of the main highway. The location itself was lovely once you were in it, very quiet and alot of solitude. very nice. nothing in walking distance to go see, alot of stairs in the facility, but still manageable. No bar onsite, so no alcohol, other than beer was available.

Clean Food was very average. Shower could be better. Bath towels should be fresh

The staff were very kind, accommodating, and approachable. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Our toilet’s not working properly, the bath tub and pool is not that clean. Although I asked them to have the pool cleaned and they cleaned it, it still looks a bit grimy. Location wise if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Unfortunately there’s not much cafe’s nearby. You need to get a “grab” to get into the restaurants and marts. However, I really love the staff. They make you feel comfortable. So even with the above mentioned, I would still come to this place cause I know my requests will be heard.

Private and quiet They wanted to charge me $25AUD for getting make up on a hand towel , furniture chairs were stained , ceiling fan dirty , pool dirty, pillow cases were yellow , tv didn’t work properly

The breakfast & staff were very good with a lot of options and nice view. Resturant is very basic but acceptable the location of the resort was out of the way and you needed to catch a taxi or driver yourself to get anywhere, road in front of resort was dangerous and there was nothing around it!!

Staff are so kind and helpful, our room was amazing. There is a spa and gym .

The service was phenomenal and the staff really go above and beyond when you need something, they are super prompt and always willing to assist. The restaurant has nice views and the food is always clean and tasty. It’s on a steep incline, we struggled with many drivers not being able to drive the manual cars up the driveway which would at times result in the cars rolling backwards. There’s stairs to access Villa, reception, and restaurant area. The location is a little secluded meaning you can’t walk the streets safely as the footpaths aren’t existent, we needed to order drivers anywhere we wanted to go. The gym could do with some upgraded equipment, the treadmill would just suddenly stop when running. The Villa was decent in terms of cleanliness although the sheets, towels and linen seemed like they needed a good clean. The shower also had a fair bit of build up unfortunately which was a bit icky to shower in and the swimming pool needed a deep clean.

Everything! It was fabulous. Big thank you to the manager, Dewar, who was there every day with a smile and made sure all our needs were met. The location is further from the beach than we anticipated.

Very nice and private place. Staff are very friendly and they will do the upmost to make you feel comfortable during the stay. The pool is open pool concept but there’s no pump to circulate the water in the pool. Cleaning of bathroom is not so good. Still got yellowish stain on the sinks bathtub and toilet bowl
