Everything was up to standard Micooven in the room in case you have your own food

Cooperative staff, good location, WiFi was accurate, neat & clean rooms. Not fit for a vegetarian person, although staff catered me with a veg meal but one can't have it same meal everyday. Secondly, it was worst & horrible experience in the night, someone started banging my door in the midnight around 2:30 AM. The hotel night staff was not even cared of intervene with them, he/she could have stopped them, a guy & his lady stood right at my doorstep asking for a charger, when I denied, that lady started arguing with me in the night, I thought SERIOUSLY, how can someone bang on your door in the midnight :(

It's in the safe location close by the mall. The booking I made online included breakfast but in the morning I was told a different story and they was no breakfast for us which really inconvenience me cause we were attending a special occasion and I had to come up with plan B and be on time for the event. The driveway in gate needs to be sorted out to accommodate all type of cars. The door room handle were loose. Water pressure very slow. There was noise on the second night that really disturb me.

Breakfast was good and fulfilling and the lady in the reception and the one working in the kitchen were very friendly I didn't like the fact that on day 2 our sheets were not changed. the cleaning staff cleaned the room but did not change the sheets and did not empty the bathroom bin

We drove there at night and would not recommend doing that if you don't know the city. The door to the room did not lock (we shoved the chair against the door), the bathroom door didn't close. At breakfast, a group got in before us and by the time we got to the food, it was pretty much gone

On 08 August 2024 at 22:30 at night we were harrassed by the staff on duty when we complained about loud talking and slamming of doors by other guests. She got all of them together and came and scream profusely in front of our room. Such unprofessional behaviour I've never encountered. It was so bad we left after payed for 4 more days.
