They allow pets ( I smelled cats in the room pretty bad ) They should limit the rooms that take pets, if you luck out it's not a good stay. Never had this problem before.

Staff, dog friendly Room was not in best shape, hole in ceiling, bathroom sink/counter was falling away from wall. Missing light bulbs. No outside seating for a smoking area. Also no dog bags in 3 separate posted signage for (curbing your dog)

I believe the hotel was advertised as "recently renovated" where undergoing renovations would be more accurate as ceiling tiles in the hallway were missing along with baseboard. My bathroom had a piece of the sink trim missing.

Coming into the property it gave the impression that it was an unsafe area because there was safety glass between guests and the staff. Also there was visible surveillance video with no one at the desk. The staff came out only after a minute or two from behind a locked door. The staff were pleasant and room clean but it was not a pleasant experience.

Alarm went off at 6am and lasted a hour waking up my newborn. Couldn’t get thru to the front desk for new towels and wash clothes even tho we stayed two nights. Room was not cleaned in between.

You have to pay extra for amenities, like pots, pans, and utensils as well as bowls and plates so bring your own. Breakfast is a joke but better than nothing. You can get a cup of coffee and a granola bar on your way out the door to one of the local diners for a decent breakfast. We had a room with a king and got three pillows. I asked the nice woman at the front desk for another pillow and was told "we don't have extras..." Checkout is at 11am but your room key card deactivates at 10am. I would stay here again. This was our second visit in 4 weeks due to family issues.
