Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. I like a shower that I could walk into instead of climbing into a tub! There was a old water leak in the ceiling that needs to be repaired, the bedspread was dirty, there was no working ice machine on the property and the pool was closed.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large and clean. The sitting area is nice. Not straightforward to get up to the hotel being at a freeway ramp. Really enjoyed staying here. On the backside you had a quiet place to walk, weather permitting.

Clean and modern Pool was close, all ice machines were down.

Clean, and big room, friendly staff. If you’re a light sleeper, request a room on opposite side of the freeway.

Stay was nice and front desk was nice. They seemed a little understaffed. Breakfast options was more than expected which was nice. One issue I had was I booked this hotel specifically because they offered a shuttle to places within 5 miles. We were going to the amp so I thought that would be an awesome perk. Got there and found out they don’t do the shuttle anymore. That’s fine and all but probably should be listed as an amenity when looking to book.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Bentonville and Springdale. Many restaurants and shopping centers. The hotel looked very run down. According to the front desk staff, the hotel had been completely renovated; however, the hallways had a musty smell. The bathroom in our room did not appear to have been renovated. The beds were definitely not queen size beds. Two people could not comfortably sleep in them they seemed more like full size beds, if not twins. The ventilation in both the rooms and hallways was very poor, making it difficult to breathe comfortably.

I’ve never slept in a worse bed! It was truly worn out. The ceiling had a place that was getting ready to break through from water damage.

We were just in for a short time, we slept and got up early to fly out! The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a minor mishap and got put in the wrong type of room, but the front desk was quick to fix the problem and got us in the selected room! We enjoyed our short stay!

I would still recommend. I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties and this these issues were an exception rather than the rule.

Good staying

My only issue was that I found an unclean towel and a sandal behind the sofa bed, which that tells me the room was not very clean. The daily house keeping was great no issues there. Breakfast was good
