The room was ok it was nice and clean nothing really

Very inexpensive. The room was clean and the breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I’d definitely stay here again! The pool was a little cool when we first got in, but definitely was nice once we got used to the water!

The cabinets in the room were falling off the hinge. The bed was hard as a rock & very unpleasant to sleep on. But the staff was great and friendly and the pool was nice.

Really quick turn around trip on this stay. Spent less than 12 hours on property. However the staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was ready at the time stated. Room temperature was great.

Location Smelled wet

Clean hotel with a lot of towels and breakfast options (both are unusual these days). A little dated but great value. Half hour from University of Arkansas campus.

Staff was very friendly, however the room had some stains on the floor and the curtains. The sofa bed was also dirty when we tried to use it.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious with multiple options. The front staff was very friendly when checking in. When the key didn't work the first time the staff came up to the room to make sure I wouldn't have to go back down. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The hallway had a "wet dog" odor, but the room did not. Thanks for a great stay!

This Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. King suit room was very clean and spacious. Even included an iron and ironing board. Pool was clean. Location was very quiet being a few blocks away from traffic. We liked everything.

Breakfast was delicious and they kept it stocked with very little wait time when it seemed like everyone came to eat breakfast at the same time. The staff and front desk were exceptionally pleasant and helpful

Was supposed to stay for two nights, but upon arrival, we quickly changed it to just one. Hot Tub was not functioning, no towels in the pool area and we had ants in our room that overtook our freshly purchased donuts we were taking home to family. Front desk on checkout offered no remedy or credit. Woman at check in was kind and helpful and location was good.

Very good

The room was nice and spacious. It was also very clean. The bed made me want to take up sleeping as a new hobby. Air conditioning kept up with multiple 100ish degree days. Breakfast was fantastic so was housekeeping and the rest of the staff. I’ll probably stay here for all my future travels to NWA. Shower was so warm and nice. Several eating options nearby with in a short walk The bath drained slowly. I really believe this is less a drain issue and more the fact that Niagara Falls would be hard pressed to move more water volume than that shower head. The curtains seemed to have some mechanical issues as well and didn’t close very good.
