Breakfast and location near Beppu station. The spa area is not monitored by staff and the changing room is connected to the roof top pool area therefore shared by the swimmers who came into the bathing tub with their swimsuits. Not to mention they were dripping everywhere in the changing room. It made it a very gross experience when we went in to bathe. The floor was unclean and unmonitored guests’ behaviors were inexcusable. .

The bad is the location. It’s located at the back street and confusion on where to park at partner parking (another building). You have to scan the QR code to get the exact location of the parking lot. For the hotel itself, the Google map is wrong, direct to the Inn.. I have to use Apple Map to locate the correct location, and everyone on the street using their phone trying to find the hotel

The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from. The room was spacious and clean and the customer service was excellent! The family suite room had an onsen bath and my 76-year-old mother appreciated this. We didn't appreciate that the rooftop bar was advertised to be open but it wasn't. Also, one rep told our party that all 5 of us had to be present to sit and eat breakfast.

The room is big enough. The swimming pool and the spa are good! The stairs for going up to the roof seems dangerous when waking on wet barefoot. The swimming pool and spa are close from 10:00-15:00. It brings inconvenience for customers who stay for more days and just wanna relax at hotel using the facilities.

Swimming pool and bath and the staff services The public faculties’s open hours are not good. It stops from 10-15:00. And no room clean up service for customers who stay for two or less days.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi on roof top were both closed. We booked this hotel for the pool but didn’t get to use it. Disappointed :(

The hotel is situated close to the station and a short walk from the city center, in a neighborhood that contrasts with the hotel itself. The room was spacious and well equipped. The onsen is great and the top floor pool gives a great view on the city. The internet connection was slow and unreliable, especially the uploads. Also, it's not related to the hotel itself, but Beppu is a very busy and dense city, I'd rather stay in Oita which is quite close.

we got a dirty room where sheets are used. hotel staff solved the problem by changing our room as cleaning staff was not available. a good gym good lundery option also second room wasn't very clean as wall above the bed was stamped with moisture.

The room is spacious and well organize. They have public onsen which is well clean. They have fluent english speaking staff to accomodate you and make your stay in Beppu worth it Washing machine is not enough especially on weekends. Breakfast is good but can be improve if they put a unique different dish everyday

The hotel was great. Staff very helpful. The onsen and pool were a great way to unwind. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We had a family room with two futon on tatami. The futon was thin. Would be great to have the cushioned futon underneath as is offered in most hotels.

The hotel is close to the station, the rooms spacious and clean, the view spectacular, the rooftop pool a dream, and the onsen wonderful. The staff was great, but I’d especially like to thank Jasper, who took special care with us. Should I ever find myself in Beppu again, I’ll be staying here.

Beautiful rooms and even more beautiful rooftop pool and onsen. This was the best hotel of our trip to Kyushu and we highly recommend staying here. N/A
