A clean and comfortable hotel for short stay. Centrally located. Just across the station. Have stayed in APA hotels previously. Rooms are a bit small. Makes it difficult to move around.

It’s right next to the train/bus station and walking distance to so many wonderful places. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful even recommended my now favorite onsen! I was able to leave my luggage before checking in and after checking out which is so valuable for exploring the incredible city of Beppu. The room had everything I needed including a fridge and kettle plus the extra facilities of microwave washer and drying, ice and vending machine. Room cleaning every 3rd day but fresh necessities left at the door every day. Great bathtub, lighting and you can even crack the window for fresh air! Very quiet room even with the trains going by with soundproofing windows. I stayed for a week and could have stayed longer easily. Great hotel and great city! Nothing, it was perfect for a solo female traveler!

I liked the location, very convenient because it's very close to Beppu station, the staff members were so polite and very aware of my necessities, and the room was clean and equipped with everything one might need. There was nothing that I didn't like, I am very satisfied with the service, the facilities, the comfort and the kindness of the staff members. I will definitely recommend this place to others so they can share the same experience.

Really close to station, clean newer hotel, easy check in, great staff. Pillows, as Japanese pillows go Apa pillows are the worst! (That’s our personal opinion and the reason for losing one star)

The hotel locates near the bus and train station about 3-5 minutes away. Nothing to complain

Location is on spot just behind the station and main area. parking space in front of the hotel is fit for a "light vehicle" TBH how can the tourist know which type of car can park or not?

The Air Conditioning in the room…I think the use of the AC unit was centralized. We tried adjusting the heat settings to the cool settings but it wasn’t working. On the first night of our stay, even though the heater was not switched on and I wasn’t using the blanket/comforter, I was sweating the whole night… The second night was better because the cool settings were already adjusted. Other than that, everything was okay.

They have all the benefits that you would expect from an APA hotel. Breakfast was delicous there. Location is just a few steps from Beppu train station.

The room was clean and a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were a little hard but not uncomfortable. The window was broken, so it couldn't be opened.

I really liked the hotel and I loved the town. Everyone at the hotel was kind and considerate. I thought the food was good, but it's not a buffet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. So here is the deal, I don't like to experiment with food-but I was so glad I did. Go to the tourist office for great information.

This was my first time staying in an APA Hotel and i have to say I was impressed, even after staying in another one the next day. The staff was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. Especially the lady that handled our check out and helped us with our luggage forwarding to the next hotel went above and beyond. The location was amazing, 3-4 minutes away from the Beppu station while carrying heavy luggage. A short walk away the area was full of restaurants but the hotel's position was totally calm and quiet. The room and bathroom were adequately roomy but not big by any means. The smoking room inside the hotel was very convenient in the cold windy weather and with great ventilation. Nothing at all.
