The hotel provides bathing powder and free coffee for 24 hours. The sheets somehow make me irritated.

The hotel is a short walk to the town centre. The room was small but was clean and for the price it was great value. The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is very close to the railway line so if you're a light sleeper bear that in mind as you can here the trains but they don't run particularly late or early in the morning. The breakfast had a good selection of food.

Unfortunately, there was road maintenance in front of the facility during my stay, noise level was not the problem but road surface was.

The location is fantastic, a short 2 minute walk from Beppu Station. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, allowing us to drop off our bags early. We would love to stay here again! Nothing.

The room was simple and straightforward as a solo traveler. Nothing special but clean and had a bathtub. Wish they had a public bath. Got another hotel at the same price that had a public bathhouse.

The hotel is located next to the train station which means you actually hear the trains pass by. But it is an easy walk to bus stops and the main shopping street. It is a very decent business hotel, no thrills, no problems. Staff speaks very limited English. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the needed equipment. Bathrooms are slightly outdated, but clean and the shower had a good water pressure.
