Nice room and facilities, loved every bit of it. Nice kitchen in the room. Please have some salt or oil in the kitchen. Nothing as such except the wifi didn’t work initially then after calling the number given in room alternate password and user id obtained and worked smoothly.

It was very spacious, the ceiling is quite high, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen and dining area are superb! I really love the design! There was no elevator so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs, but luckily there are only 2 floors. The shower floor could have been given a more thorough scrub.

It has its private parking. When someone uses the toilet, you can smell it inside the whole room

Near train station, so trains can be heard in some rooms

Very spacious room for 3 adult and 3 kids. The internet didn’t work in our room and the shower/tub didn’t function 100% well. The shower handle would try to rotate when the water was on, and the tub fill would sputter and work on and off but nothing too bad.

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom with clothes drying function is very helpful. Parking though at walking distance but challenging if with luggages.

I like it that it is remote check in and check out. It is fuss free and convenient. The room has all the needs. It is also in modern design. Generally, the room is clean though there are signs of wear from use. It is a short 3 min walk to Beppu Station and walking distance to 2 malls, the beach and Beppu Tower. There are some stains in the sofa presumably from previous users. Otherwise, the other facilities are in good condition and clean.

The modernity and location of the place makes up for the fact that it didn't have a view. It's very close to Beppu Station, making it a good base.

room size was great only 2 parking slot!! first come first serve. you must pay for the public parking fee.

The room is spacious for 5 guests Check in process is very difficult, the staff connected via internet hardly knows any English and makes the check in procedure very frustrated

Room was spacious and location was good since near the beppu station. Hot water was not working so could not take a shower. The management never responded about it. Since it is right next to the train line, you can hear it.

Love the location and rhe price is reasonable I’ve stayed here a few times- it was great when it was new but now that it’s older, I feel that they aren’t cleaning as well as they should. The tiles in the hallway are stained and not mopped. They should provide new sponges for every guest that comes. Also some pillows are worn and so thin. I also don’t like that they are not open to any requests. I requested for extra pillows because what they provide is essentially 1 pillow per person and their pillows are very thin. They said they don’t have extras

It was big and had everything you needed, even a washing machine, kitchen and microwave. you could sit together at a table. It wasnt that well cleaned. even found a keychain there. Other than that the airfilter from the toilette is kind of not existing. leave a bomb there and the whole room stinks. Also quite near to the train, can be loud if not used.
