Location, views, and staff were all excellent. A bit cumbersome to navigate and the entertainment area leaves a lot to be desired.

The room Onsen and food?
-
The hotel has a convenient location. We stayed in a spacious Japanese-style room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied. Although the hot springs are separated, the location is written on the walls and elevators. Everything is clear. Friendly staff. There are no wifi and drinking water in the room. I'm not sure if the tap water is drinkable?!

Great place to reach all shopping and amusement. The clerks were mostly gentle and kind. The onsen was great.
-
It is a Japanese-style room with an onsen both outside and inside. The onsen is good. The room is large. Although the room is old, it is clean. The room is quite old and a bit worn out, but it is still clean.

Great location, great views, great facilities, great food Very touristy, quite a major tourist location for both locals and for overseas travellers. If you don't like crowds, avoid it.

Ceil is quite low for taller person.

The staff/ chef in the restaurant was impolite

Passable

Right on the water, a five minute taxi from train station. Meals were buffet - perfectly fine.

The baths were lovely, I really liked the outside rooftop one for the views. relatively close to the station but worth the extra trek for the seaside views. Staff were lovely. I liked you got a yukata. Booking said it was half board but I got breakfast and dinner included. They were really good. A great way to experience lots of different food. The room was really lovely and large. I thought I'd signed up for shared bathrooms however there was a toliet hidden in what I thought were cupboard doors. There is also a large entertainment section in the basement. That's there is no internet in the hotel apart from the lobby. That's on me for not noticing it on Bookings page. This is the only reason some of my ratings are lower. It's 2024, the hotel really should have internet in the rooms.

Breakfast was amazing. I really like the scenery. Staff extremely friendly. Very clean Front door is a little inaccessible. It is also a big building hence it takes a while to get to the main bathroom.
-
buffet has wide variety food for dinner / breakfast. public bath indoor & outdoor was nice room has no wifi the washroom in room is old and needed renovation.
-
nice picture bath indoor & outdoor good food in dinner/ breakfast buffet nice sunrise view and the sea no wifi in room bath room & toilet is old

Meals were fantastic. The Viking Buffet is filled with many different options. Definitely a highlight. The rooftop bath was also fantastic, especially during the morning sunrise and the evening stargazing. Staff were very friendly and made every attempt to help during my stay. There aren't usually a lot of English-speaking staff at Ryokans and this was no different, but they really put in the effort to help me during my stay. The view was exceptional. I had a great view of the sea from my room and left the curtains open so I had a great natural alarm clock. The manga library was well stocked and the massage chairs were fantastic. I made sure to sit and relax both nights I was there. There was no wifi in the rooms, which was a little troublesome for a traveller like me who relied on it for my stay in Japan. I was able to work through it, but wifi in the rooms would have been a nice addition. For what I paid, I was hoping that the room would have internet. My room was in the third building, which required you to go down a small staircase, which made moving my luggage a little difficult.
