SUPER HOTEL Beppu Ekimae

Close to the train station with easy parking . The bed was comfortable and you could pick up extra pillows downstairs. Excellent staff and great happy hour drinks. It was unbelievable to help yourself for sake , wine and sodas . A great value for an overnight stay. None

The staff, the room are large, the free breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The bath.

Nice convenient location not far from the ferry port and easy walking distance to a variety of places. A two minute walk to the train station. Will stay here again next time we are in Beppu. The free happy hour until 8pm was great. Sampled a variety of alcohol at no cost. Had a decent breakfast in the morning as well. Will try the Onsen on our next stay.

Good Location.

The breakfast was adequate. The food was prepared well. The eating area was well maintained and clean. The hotel workers assigned to the food area were very conscientious and worked well at providing a good experience. I would like to see more protein options for breakfast. The breakfast was mostly dominated by carbohydrates and fat. This is constructive criticism not a negative review.

The onsen was opened overnight and free drink were nice. Also, the hotel is just walks away from the station and bus stop, amidst the center of the city. However, thats all to it, it lacked the vibe of a 'onsen vacation' (which was not its fault though), also i thought it would has a pool and more types of bath such as sauna, the room was a bit small so my expectation fell short.

The staff were excellent, very informative and helpful. He helped book a private onsen for us. The location was great next to the station. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The unexpected free welcome drink happy hour was amazing allowing us to taste some of the local shochus and sakes as well as other liqueurs.

Great location, lovely spa, great breakfast and many little extra amenities. We loved the pillow bar!

Very good location, only 3 minutes walk from Beppu station. Free alcoholic drinks in the evening.

The staff are very friendly and he explained clearly in English. Car was parked in the premise at 500 yen per day as advance booking is required. Otherwise have to park 2 mins away behind Donki which is the discount shop. Room is very spacious as we have 2 big luggage and 2 cabin bags. The room has a washing machine that works perfectly not to mention a kitchen area and a fridge. There is an Onsen on the top floor that you can see the sea view. We can also see the seaview from our room. There is free flow of beverages in the lounge area. Walking distance to most of the restaurants nearby. It is definitely a worthwhile to stay in this service apartment hotel again. Nothing

Newer hotel and really nice onsen bath and a good breakfast. Rooms are really small and when we checked in we noticed our quilt was dirty. They told us to move rooms rather than just replacing the blanket.
