I liked everything. Excellent location, comfortable and very clean rooms. Stayed here for second time.

Beautiful room in a quiet but reasonably central location. Super clean and new feeling. Great shower, very comfortable beds, good blackout blinds. Some tea and coffee provided. Fabulous value for money, with local restaurants on the doorstep rather than the 'tourist' restaurants in the Old Town. We were also allowed to check in an hour or two before the time which was very welcome as it was in the middle of a heatwave and we were melting outside Coffee and water provided on arrival but not replenished at all during the stay. A very small detail which would not prevent me from staying again.

The property was super clean, the bed was comfortable and it very close to walk to town. I felt safe as a single person, the neighborhood was quiet, and the host was very kind and helpful.

Very good hotel. Run by a family. Ana is very comunicating and take care all of our needs. rooms are big and clean. we were 7 people and enjoyed staing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. They let me leave my backpack before I checked in and also after I checked out. The host gave me recommendation to a nice restaurant in town. They reminded me to bring some extra water for my walk to the castle in the hot Albanian sun. It is about 10 minutes walk to the center of town.

What I liked the most was the room design. The place has so much character, modern with a soft touch of vintage style. Velvety beds, go figure ?. I just loved the leather couch from the hallway and the garden (but I didn't have enough time to drink my coffee there, like I wished). And the room balcony is bigger than life, it stretches over the two sides of the room. Nothing , I enjoyed everything.

The host was so friendly and welcoming, we arrived early and didn’t have to wait long for our room to be ready. The facilities were exactly as described and a very short walk from the centre

The best part of my stay at the Hotel Merkaj was the service & courteousness from the entire staff. The room was clean and very nicely furnished. I will be returning in May and will stay here again. Nothing

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the center depending on your pace. The breakfast was very good. And the staff were friendly. Nothing negative. Loved it.

The apartment is very new, very clean and comfortable, It is carefully managed. I take more than ten minutes to walk to the core area. I'm satisfied with the breakfast. The landlady is very nice. I like it here.
