Hotel Plaza Berat

the location was good, the rooms (bedroom and bathroom) were huge which was good for us with our bags , staff were freindly and helpful, access was excellent , car parked near by , so easy with bags straight out of car into foyer and up in the lift ...no unnecessary lifting ... breakfast was the only thing that let the property down ..I thought it was very average ... not up to the standard of all the other aspects of the hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool on a very hot day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plaza Berat. The hotel is located right on the main boulevard (but away from the chaos), making it very easily accessible by car but still close to all the main attractions. They offer street parking right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff was absolutely lovely, especially Martinella! We thought we had lost an item, and they all came together to help us look for it. The room was nice and spacious; the bathroom was lovely too, all very modern and clean. The breakfast was also very good, with a decent variety. Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel is super clean and close to the center of the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was so good. Definitely not the last time to visit the hotel.

The location was perfect!! Close to everything! The service was outstanding. Martinela checked us in and was extremely hospitable and friendly. She was helpful in guiding us to the best tourist attractions. Nothing!! Everything was perfect!

This was a great location not right in the old town but an easy and pleasant walk. The room was clean and modern. We had a great stay. The hospitality was wonderful and they had parking which was key if driving to this town. The breakfast was not bad or good, just off. Could be improved with food and service.
