The room I stayed in was not clean. The bathroom door did not close, the breakfast could have been better. The location was very good.

Typical European small but modern and functional rooms. Nice touch were the extra pillows and blankets in the armoire. Nothing fancy but all you need, and in good condition. Staff is nice. Breakfast was good Mediterranean style. Location in the New City is close enough to the restaurants and bars but far enough to avoid noise and crowds. Parking was easy. All in all a good experience. Only change I would suggest is adding a second outlet for each bedside table and for the desk — bed outlets are used by lamps and desk outlet by mini-fridge, so no spare outlets to charge phones or computer.

We had a great stay in Berat! The place was very clean, and the people were incredibly nice. Parking was a bit confusing at first, but the front desk staff kindly came out to guide us, which made everything much easier. It felt safe, and everyone we met was super friendly. Breakfast very simple but delicious, fresh fruits, bread, sausage, eggs. Close to everything. Very quiet at night, rooms with AC. Highly recommend! Finding parking was a little of a hassle, but the staff was super kind and helps us with the directions

Staff was super nice, location is amazing. Room is small but everything is very very clean. Very good value for money.

The breakfast. I mean the way it was prepared and served there. You could see the girl preparing it by touching the eggs and the fruit with bare hands. And it did not look very clean. The good itself was not bad but I guess that something to cover the preparation process would be better.

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. Location is perfect in Boulevard Republica. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It’s a kind of family business. The room A/C was not working properly, so they changed my room to Room 203. Good room with nice view to the boulevard where many people walk all the day. Wi-Fi is excellent. Breakfast in 1st floor, between 8-10 am. We were the first visitors. Decent breakfast, served by mom and daughter. Great place to stay. Nothing

Very well located, comfortable and clean, this hotel offers a good breakfast and is also walking distance to all the sites. The staff is very helpful. We were even able to arrange to have our laundry done by a staff member for a reasonable fee. Nothing to report, we were very pleased with this hotel.

Super spot for a stay in Berat. Communication was excellent and very friendly.

The location was great and the personal was helpful even when sometimes the didn't understand what I was saying in English. The personal helped me a lot with my enquiries, the always try to understand me and somehow we did communicate well. No complaints.
