Boutique Hotel Muzaka (Historic Center)

The staff were super helpful and friendly. A young man gave us breakfast to go when we checked out. Another young man advised us that we were paying too much for a round trip taxi to Cobo Winery and arranged a different taxi for us. Our room did not have any natural light.

Some facilities deserve an upgrade: e.g. loose water tap etc.

Easy check in, friendly staff, free convenient parking, good Wi-Fi, free breakfast made of order, comfortable beds, nice smelling bath gel, bar in hotel. Towels might have been lined dried so they were a little rough at first.

Amazing location in Berat, we stayed there on the way to Tirana to go home, they have a free parking lot which is very important when your are in the city like Berat. this hotel is located in Gorica, so you can see Mangalem right in front of you. Gorica is more quiet and walkable. Breakfast is very good and you have a big menu to chose from. Highly recommend to stay there.

The decor was very beautiful. The rooms were comfortably large. Met basically every expectation!

The location is great, very convenient for all the sights. We had a view of Mangalem which was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice, good bread, eggs, yogurt and fruit. Our rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.

Clean. Super spacious and comfortable. We were only there for one night, but if for longer, they had plenty of hangers in the closet (a small thing but hangers seem to be a rarity in Albanian hotels). Fantastic breakfast. A few TV channels in English. Great location, easy parking. And we had an amazing view of the thousand windows from our room.

Breakfast was delicious and the location was superb with an amazing view! The staff went out of their way to be nice and helpful to us, it was appreciated very much. The air conditioning unit in the room could have been better, it wasn't quite strong enough to completely cool the entire room, and there was no air conditioning in the bathroom which would have been nice. But this probably only matters in the summer, it was 98 degrees Fahrenheit and very hot when we were there!

The hotel is in an excellent location, easy to walk everywhere and great views. Provided excellent breakfast in the morning, where you can sit on the patio and look up at Berat Castle and the Mangalem quarter.

Calm, comfortable hotel in the middle of Berat. We have stayed here several times and are booked to come back again in the summer. We love the architecture and, compared to other hotels in Berat, it is more easily accessible for those with mobility issues. Nothing
