Small room

Right on the beach

THe rooms were clean and quiet and in a very good position right by the sea. The front of house area was very smart, the rooms were a little more tired but still good. The beds all had slidy plastic matress protectors on them which not only made the beds very hot but also made it almost impossible to put and keep a sheet on (especially in the case of the bunk beds). There was no parking available and it would be useful if the hotel provided more comprehensive information (like a map) to the nearest available paid parking. The wifi did not work in our room and the staff were really not interested in helping when we reported this , we were just told 'it should be working'.

The location. Not keen on a corner bath with a shower. Would have preferred a shower or a shower over a rectangular bath. For a superior room, the room was small but had a big balcony overlooking the beach

Beachfront location. Convenient stop before a morning eurotunnel. Great Christmas decorations Rooms and furnishings were very old

The location, good size room and bathroom, comfortable beds. The hotel accepts pets and unfortunately the room smelled of dog. The reception was not able to change our room (not all rooms had been cleaned because of the 1st January holiday) and offered a air freshener as the only solution. The room had a big window that could not open and a door that could open but the wind and rain made it difficult to keep it open.

The location,room size, facilities In winter,the radiator stop working at night and you don't have the control of it.

Location clean and lovely staff We have stayed once before with our 2 dogs and again we stayed with our two medium sized dogs , the room was tiny I would have thought that the hotel would have recommended a different room as we said we had 2 dogs with us and of course we would have paid more

Very good

Location is great. Hotel is nice and clean. 2 lifts good restaurant. We ate 3 times in restaurant and was excellent each time as was the service. Breakfast was ok, good selection but a little crowded. Everything was great except on check in the man on reception visibly pulled a face and made a loud sigh of annoyance when we asked for a second room key. It really was like something Basil Fawlty would do. To be honest it was not in keeping with the rest of the staff who were very courteous and helpful. No parking but we knew that before booking and there is parking around the town.

Location amazing, front line across from the beautiful beach. Friendly staff. Nicely decorated hotel. Room had everything we needed but was very small. Room too small. Weather rotten (pouring of rain in July ?

Good location of hotel on sea front (most rooms are in the back, facing street/car park) plenty of space. Staff were helpful. Breakfast good. Blanket full of dog hair, evidently unwashed. Snot in the shower. You have to make your own beds. Feels like a cross between a hotel and a hostel

Location. Parking sometimes difficult.

Excellent location on beachfront. Clean and a very comfortable bed. As only required a stopover for one night the small single room with double bed and compact bathroom was perfect for what I required and great value for money- especially as this was high season. Would definitely stay again, but if staying longer would book a sea view with balcony as they looked great.
