Hôtel Le Littoral - Berck sur Mer

The gentleman on reception is lovely and friendly. We were welcomed with our dogs and immediately felt at ease. The bedroom was large with a Seaview and nice terrace with seating outside. We had a large king-size bed, which was very comfortable with crisp cotton sheets and duvet. Bathroom with basin and shower, a separate toilet. Good plumbing with plenty of hot water. The Seaview was great, and we saw a wonderful sunset. Other guests were quiet, and we slept like babies. We shall return to this hotel and recommend it to others. Nothing to dislike here. It's traditional and a little old fashioned, but that doesn't matter at all.

Fantastic Seaview from the terrace. Helpful staff. Room is basic but had all we needed for an overnight stop in this delightful town. No kettle in the room but staff provided one when we asked which was lovely of them.

The room was clean and comfortable with basic facilities and necessary plugs etc. The shower worked fine with plenty of hot water. A hairdryer in the room would have been useful and tea making facilities in the room would have been a bonus

Fantastic friendly proprietor who could not have been more helpful. The hotel has great sea views. The room was a good size and clean with all necessary facilities. A little dated.

The location of the hotel was very good. The balcony was very good. The room was small and did not reach the higher standard of furnishings on the rooms on the hotel website. The toilet and shower were totally inadequate. There was no drawer or hanging space apart from 3 coat hangers behind a makeshift cupboard.

The room was clean, accessible by lift (thankfully as we were on the 3rd floor) with good en suite facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location ideal for the beach.

We had a very warm welcome from the owner when we arrived after a long journey, our room was very spacious with a little balcony overlooking the sea, it was very clean with a large comfy bed with crisp white sheets and nice pillows , it was a perfect location very close to shops, Bars and Restaurants. To be Honest there was nothing to dislike, we had a great stay

Continental breakfast a bit pricey at 9euros There is no parking at the hotel. Plenty of parking outside the hotel and around but this is council run and you have to pay for it. 9 hours parking=€11.40, but free from 1800 to 0900. Seafront gets busy and finding parking space can be very difficult.

The emplacement is very good, good access to shops and amenities. There was no Fan or Air condition in the room. Although there are big windows that let the air in. But when it's hot the heat get to you.

Breakfast was ok, but an extra cost. High for bread and cheese and coffee. Good lift to 3rd floor. No kettle in the room, or cups and coffee or tea. No bedside table. No towels in the room for the first evening.

Owner was lovely, very friendly and welcoming, room had a great view, room clean and warm, breakfast excellent. Would definatly stay again. excellent restaurant opposite where we had dinner which was recommended by hotel owner. mattresses were tired, a bit sunken in the middle, a side table and wall lamp not well attached to the wall, need some better raw plugs
