When I called the hotel, the staff was extremely rude over the phone and hung up in my face. My only question was if I was able to make an early check in. Not sure what the reason for being rude is.

Location Staff The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. It seems the shower drain had issues, as the water would pool and flow toward the center of the bathroom. The toilet seat was also leaking, and you could hear water dripping into the tank throughout the night. Because the room was very close to the street, we could hear passing cars as if they were right next to the bed. In addition, the heating system made loud noises while running, which made it very difficult to sleep.
