Location and staff and room. Shower in room was not functioning..

There’s no way to really open the windows, you can just crack them open a bit. On the morning of our departure, there was quite a noticeable smell of sewer or processed water from the bathroom. Finally, our mini bar was not replenished when the room had been cleaned after the previous guests, and although they said someone would come and fix it up, no one did.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The room was clean and ready upon arrival, which is always a great start. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Bergamo train station and very close to the airport bus stop, making arrivals and departures completely stress-free. A lovely touch was the cold drinks available in the lobby, a very welcome gesture on days when temperatures exceeded 30 degrees. Breakfast was generous and varied, with a particularly impressive selection of pastries and sweet options. Nothing worth mentioning — our one-night stay was pleasant throughout.

Staff not helpful , they messed up with our taxi reservation and we had to run to get the bus at the last minute to catch our flight . Not a nice experience.

    Perfect location!

Location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very spacious comfortable room. Great breakfast. Bed was a bit hard.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Staff started to clean main corridors before 7:00 a.m. and ruined so important sleep..

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The property is well located, just five minutes from the station and close to everything. It’s also a 15–20 minute walk to the funicular to Città Alta. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. Nothing to dislike; perhaps next time we’d request a room with a better view.

Staff couldn’t care less about us, spa didn’t work

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

parking in public garage, 50 m from the hotel. big room beds. bit old room, few small malfunctions as tap leaks, light is not turning off.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The AC was barely working, it was super hot and there was no air in the room we could barely fall asleep from how hot it was. Staff said they knew there was a problem but had nothing to do about it. Ruined our stay as we couldn’t stay in the room during the day without sweating. You probably shouldn’t stay there during summer

    Accessories in the room.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The room was very nice and spacious. There was no parking at the hotel but there was a parking garage very close by.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

The location was good. The staff at reception were very unfriendly. We checked in and went to our room which was not ready. They did give us another room at the front which was very noisey. We arrived down to breakfast the first morning at 9.45. A lot of the food had run out and was not replaced. We were unable to get a second coffee, The staff here was also very unfriendly.

The room and location were okay. The breakfast was good but we had to clear a table ourselves. Staff.

Booked a standard twin room, non smoking, breakfast included, for 1 night - 28/29 January 2026. Didn't need/use the fitness room, room service, bar, laundry service, iron, didn't have time for TV. *Reception: friendly, efficient, helpful, professional staff (sorry, I didn't look for their names)-the gentleman who checked us in, the young lady who gave us the recommendations that we asked (restaurants, places to visit, buses and tickets etc.- we used all of them and they were the best options), the ladies from the check-out and many hours later, after check-out, when I needed to charge my phone. *Room and bathroom: just as advertised -see pictures 27, 28, 29, 30, 31- modern, large, spacious, very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds & pillows, large bed, blackout curtains, soundproofed, different layers of lightning, adjustable room temperature, kettle +some tea/coffee, minibar, good wi-fi, good size balcony, large walk-in shower, good cotton towels, hair-dryer, safe deposit box. The bathroom radiator was not working but it was solved quickly when we informed the reception. We had the chance to choose the room, but we relied on the staff recommendation, and it was the best; the room was very quiet, with windows not facing the streets, but on the iner building side, with a nice view to the up-town in distance-see picture attached. *Breakfast: continental buffet, basic, enough choices, even for a vegetarian, constantly replenished. *Location: very convenient for tourists. Very close to the train station or the main shopping area (5 minutes walking distance), situated between two bus stations, close to the airport (about 20 minutes with the city bus nr. 1), 15 minutes walking distance to the funicular=3 bus stations; many restaurants and coffee shops around. Minor drawbacks: Room: hotel slippers not available, paper cups instead of glasses, no complimentary water bottle, no balcony furniture. There is only one computer available in the lobby. Breakfast-the omelet was not to my taste; chipped mug; breakfast room a little bit cramped.

Was fresh or newly renovated for Feb 1, 2026 All was convenient, rooms were nice and clean, good location, nice staff.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Very nice and clean room. Modern style and spacious. Everything was great, maybe if I need to mention something, the area for breakfast is a bit small but this may encourage to sit with others and introduce yourself.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

The only reason I booked that room is the SPA facilites thay have, as my wife had a birthday. That was supposed to be a small present to her. The SPA facility was not awailable, closed on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure as well. With no explanation, and no alternative.
