Super location, clean and spacious rooms very helpful and polite staff strongly recommended. If you are traveling by car make sure you check the parking availability as the Hotel has limited places. However, there is private parking place nearby the hotel.

The location and accessibility The AC on the upper floors were not very good. It seems they have some sort of economical setting for the HVAC that shuts it down at night. Not very good during a heat wave

The coffee machines at the breakfast are extremely slow. They didn't fill ingredients at the breakfast, they ran out of the best breads and only bad ones left after 8 am,.. Pillows are not very good, didn't sleep well because of that. There wasn't any shampoo on the room. The curtains are not thick enough, they let the light thru.

The location was very central and walking distance to the main train station and to many sights. Breakfast offered many choices. My single bedroom was fairly small.

You could hear the heavy foot steps, stomping and pulling of things on the room above us.

The bath is a bit small and if you dare to open the window to get some fresh air it gets really noisy.

Nice enough location- not quite close enough to the old city but nice breakfast and close to the train station I would stay closer to the old town

Very comfortable and clean hotel in a great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. The train station is a 7–8 minute walk away, and the center of the new Bergamo is just 2 minutes on foot. The funicular to Città Alta is also only a 7–8 minute walk away. Buses to the airport stop right in front of the hotel. The reception provided us with a map of the town and a timetable for the airport buses, and it is open 24/7.

Breakfast was extremely delicious! This was our second time staying there, and this time we were playing at the Bergamo Jazz Festival. We're musicians and love coming to Bergamo and your hotel is our choice of where to stay! Liked everything -- maybe keep the bar open longer for the musicians to gather after festival events.

Very nice hotel in the lower town of Bergamo, walking distance from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was fantastic: huge, clean and having all the needed facilities. This was our 2nd stay here and I am glad that they kept their high standards.

Great location, great breakfast, rooms, Martina and Luigi and all the staff was very kind and helpful. A little bit "operational" to find the parking especialy late night and the need of booking for spa.
