Noises of traffic after midnight (saturday night)

The room is so modernized; it is just renovated with lovely design. The host is so friendly and helpful. Importantly, there is elevator. It about 15 minutes walk uphill to the old town.

Everything was really nice In my opinion the breakfast has to many sweets, but still very good breakfast.

That had everything that was said and needed for a nice place! Easy to get to other places like lakes or old town! Beds a bit hard but as expected in Italy

We have some troubles using the thermostat so it was a bit hot, nothing serious.

There was no fresh bread at breakfast

The room was clean, with a large bathroom and a shared kitchen for guests. Location is convenient (though a bit tricky to find by car). Parking was excellent, and there’s a supermarket right across the street. The self-service breakfast was basic but fine, and the soundproof windows were effective against the very busy road outside. The property is right on a noisy main road and feels quite simple — fine for one night’s stay but not a place you’d want to spend extra time in. Breakfast was only pre-packaged items, and one fruit juice seemed spoiled (fizzy).

The staff is incredibly friendly, they helped us and answered all of our questions. The location is central and close to the old town as well. The room was very clean There were a couple of things that could be improved, like putting hangers and shampoo holders in the bathroom. We tried to use the a/c in our room but it wasn't working so the only options were either to use a fan or to open the windows, both of which caused noise.

Exceptional facility and host!

The bedroom and bathroom were very new, clean, functional and beautiful. The location was ideal., The contactless door opening stopped working on the day of the departure, and the anonymous breakfast buffet was - anonymous. If technology is not helping the user, it should go. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

We only had one big issue: on the reservation, it said we had a couch bed plus the queen size bed. We ended up with 2 small foldable beds and one of them was really not comfortable, even foe our 4 years old daughter so we ended up sleeping 3 in one bed and using only one of those 2 foldable beds, which wasn’t optimal.

Enjoyed the stay

Air con is not really an air con but a floor cooling system - for me it wasn't sufficient to cool down the room to a pleasant temperature while over 30 degrees outside. It requires an additional fan running all the time to circulate the air in the room. In room description it's deceiving to call it an air con. Weird misuderstanding about payment - solved (somehow) but not really on my benefit.

Excellent stay, the rooms are beautiful with lovely bathrooms and terrace. Fredricka is super helpful and friendly. Arranged transport to and from the airport. We only stayed one night but wish we would have stayed longer and would definitely return.

what more can I say. I recommend this place 100%. Clean, well-kept room. Great owners. Delicious food. We were with a small child. Perfect place for a trip to the old town. Close to everything and a bus from the airport, to the shop or to the train to the old town. Contact with the owners 110%. Perfect. I recommend.

The room was fantastic, clean, spacious and comfortable. Very good location. Tasty breakfast sweet and salty options. The owner was amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
