The hotel is in a convenient but quiet location. It clean, well-maintained and they offer a terrific breakfast. Above all, the staff is exceptional, friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile for their guests.

A beautiful, boutique style, hotel, in a central location. Renovated rooms, including all the amenities you can think of, and a warm, inviting front desk service accommodating all your requests. Very tasty breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Great location for wandering around the city and exploring the area, the included breakfast was terrific and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, sweet little courtyard/garden area in the back where you can enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon drink.

Very friendly staff there. We got lost due to some traffic limitations and construction and they couldn't have been more helpful--even leaving the hotel to find us! The room was comfortable but a bit noisy due to a café across the street. However, once we closed the shutters, it was a lot quieter. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is very conveniently located in the Alt Stadt.

The breakfast buffet is very good. It has a wide variety of meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits and baked goods. The moment a member of staff sees you sitting down to eat they offer a choice of eggs and hot beverages. The room was spacious, and well decorated, and the bathroom aswell. The shower itself is a bit fancy but the staff gives an explanation on using it. The location is also great. Very close to some good restaurants, but not in a noisy street. It's a 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, and a 15-20 minutes walk to the funicolare to Città Alta. There are also places to do laundry nearby. To enter the hotel you have to ring a bell and wait for a staff member to open it. If the staff member manning the front desk is busy, you might have to wait for a bit. Other than that the place is an easy 10/10.

This hotel was amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. We had a wonderful balcony overlooking a charming courtyard - it felt like a scene from a movie! A special thanks to the incredibly helpful receptionist (we’re so sorry we didn’t catch his name) who was exceptionally kind and helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed and introduced us to the perfect walking route. Thanks to his advice, we adjusted our plans and saw the absolute best parts of beautiful Bergamo. The location was perfectly situated within reach of everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast was also fantastic; there were so many fresh options, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.

The staff was super helpful and so welcoming. The hotel is chic, and the location is perfect - close to shopping and not too far from the upper town. The whole thing was just right. Honestly, I can't really think of anything at all!

Nicely designed room and spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. Very comfortable, also to work.

The staff, in particular, were outstanding in every way from marking a map and and providing guidance on what to see based on our interests including dinner reservations to parking our car for us and drying clothes after we got caught in a rain storm. Absolutely the best we have ever encountered from arrival to departure!! Perfect location for touring and shopping, outstanding breakfast and world class accommodation and value for money. Nothing could have been better.

We stayed one night, the staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
