Good location, you can walk to the train station and to the center of the city no air conditioning, which might impact your stay, as it did ours, because the weather was so hot. there is one small fan in the room, but unfortunately not enough for the weather we got

When I booked it without cancellation, I did not know they had a supplement of 15 euro if the check in was after 23.00. I wish I had known before, but I was still on time to change my train.

Tiny comfortable room with private bathroom. It was clean and close to the city centre. Also there was a common kitchen where you can cook smth if you need. No possibility for late check-out (because of the pretty early check-in, wich is really good and rare)

Excellent location

There was no one in reception even when we state precisely our arrival time, you need to call a phone for them to open remotely. The place is average at best, old fashioned, very noisy at night, poor wifi, heating doesn't work, and the staff clearly couldn't care less... Their only concern was to claim the tourist tax (which unlike with all the other places in booking was on top of the listed price, not included) and they asked for it to be paid cash preferably, even when they have the machine for cards, you can guess why... Besides breakfast is very basic, you get a coupon for a nearby cafe, also clearly not the best..when you get a coffee and a croissant. A place to avoid

Nice location, very comfy beds, I could’ve taken the pillows home with me they were that good. Fridge with a small selection of drinks. Tea and coffee available to make in the communal kitchen but no milk. Lovely shower. Room was warm and comfortable. Main city centre was easy to walk to from hotel. Had to go off site for breakfast and it wasn’t a huge selection, one croissant and cup of coffee. Would recommend not paying for breakfast, go find a cafe. Host not on site but able to call. We had to pay city tax which I wasn’t aware of. Lots of noise outside late at night, shouting and screaming from locals, not the fault of the hotel but it was disturbing to me and my young son. Only one big towel, second towel that my son used was small.

I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I reached out to the property. They ignored my request for reimbursement.

Room was clean. we spend about 10 minutes to get from airport bus station. In the morning we enjoyed a croissant with coffee.

Great location for walkable sightseeing and 15 min stroll to the train station. Quiet area and attentive staff once you’re able to get in, which requires a phone-call to the number provided. Included breakfast round the corner was adequate, a hot drink and pastry / brioche. Small things: Slightly unclean room, cobwebs above the bed in the plant box (weird style choice) , dirty light fixture in the bathroom. No AC but the fan provided was adequate. I stayed in room 3 and following on from a recent review, shower tray was clean and TV worked with no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Prenditempo in Bergamo. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and the train station, which made it very convenient for exploring both the Upper Town and surrounding areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and decorated with a simple but charming style that felt very welcoming.

Spacious and clean room for a family of 4. Well located Could have allowed us to eat in the common area as we arrived early due to train strikes for which we had given prior intimation.
