Easy to check in, not far from bus station. We had to go early and they made as lounch paket with food to go

The office chair, with a very nice design, being metallic and having no protection on the metal legs, still produced a noise that was disturbing when it was handled As a suggestion: protection for that area.

Great hotel - the chain thinks of everything - there are machines where you can buy toothpaste, a sandwich, a bottle of wine even and there's a microwave. Handy if you arrive late - too late to get a meal. Room was large and comfortable,

What we really missed from the room facilities-small fridge. For example, recently I stayed in another hotel from the same chain B&B in Spain and there in the rooms they had fridges which is really convenient. Otherwise the room has everything else which we needed

This is a good hotel to stay a couple of nights if you need something not overpriced. It is conveniently situated 10 minutes walking distance to some nice shopping streets and restaurants in the Bergamo Bassa. The rooms are ok, all is clean. Personnel is eager to help.

All night was some strange creaking wood sound

The room was wider than i imagined. Baby cot fit quite easy. The bed was okey You need to pay extra for the baby crib. Even though i said i didn’t confirm to pay this amount The receptionist insisted that i did. I told her that i will go to the room and check it and decide if i will keep the crib. 10 min after my check in she came all the way up to my room and asked for the payment like i am running away or smtg… The room is super noisy! If you have a light sleep this hotel is not suitable for you. The walls and the doors are made of paper i would say… when somebody walks in the corridor it sounds like they walk inside of your room plust with the echo… at 3 in the middle of the night someone was knocking a door in our floor and i jumped feom my bed thinking that there is someone at our door at that hour…

A really nice hotel. We had an overnight layover in Bergamo and chose this hotel to spend the night. It’s close to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big, clean, and have everything you need.

The staff was welcoming, clean rooms and facilities

Up to B&B promises. They always deliver essentials and more. I love simplicity. Small food and drinks shop available at the lobby. Staff is great...Fraaz was very helpful. The room was good. Bathroom, too. For tourists, the train station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Very high ceiling... like 4+ meters

We arrived late, the place is a bit scary from outside but we managed. We enter our room which was on ground floor and because the freeze outside we had company - big black worms . The staff came and saw it, but as we were 3 ladies and they had only 2 single rooms, we slept with those extra guests all night... In the morning we had promised a small money back, but never got it...

The room had good heat for winter. It was quiet and clean. Not enough outlets for charging devices.

comfortable room, clean and smart hotel, great breakfast. good value. sink plug not working properly and the room safe didn't work either. shower very small.

There is a nice garden in front and not a single place to sit, just to take a breath in the open space. I would suggest putting 1-2 benches.

Location was great, rooms were clean, reception staff were good aside from the kitchen staff who were rude. A jobs worth staff member in the kitchen who had an issue with me taking a banana i didnt finish from the restaurant after breakfast back with me so much so she shouted and chased me down the corridor like usain bolt just to tell me, and the two of them watched me have my breakfast every morning after that! So rude they were, they ruined my stay, she needs some lessons in grace and decorum.
