It was a nice place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful regardless of our late arrival.

close to train station, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, staff very friendly, felt very safe during daytime at dark this area transformed and we did not feel safe to go outside. It got sketchy and police were running all over.

The property is well located, near to Bergamo station and close to a bunch of restaurants offers.

Staff were really kind and helpful, our room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. They provided free water at the fridge, and supported us with recommendations of getting arround, where to eat and other useful tips. We found the location close to the train station and in walking distance to the city center.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful, she organized transport of 15 people to the airport at 5 a.m in 2 minutes! Very friendly staff, nice rooms!
