Great hospitality!

Would recommend this apartment - probably give it 11 out of 10 if possible! The owners are the nicest people and so kind and considerate. Our flight was delayed and rerouted due to the weather but we were picked up from the airport by the family despite being nearly midnight. They also helped us sort out another hire car as our first one was cancelled. The apartment was amazing with comfortable beds and every possible facility. Breakfast is delivered to you door in the morning with a wide selection of different options at a pre-arranged time. Short walk to the station and close to the airport too. I would definitely stay there again. Everything more than perfect!

The staff was so hospitable. The rooms are cozy and location is excellent.

The host is the most welcoming and helpful one I have ever met in my travels ! Riccardo offers to pick me up from the train station when I arrive and drop my luggages to the train station again when I leave so that I can have half day visit of the city in the morning hassles free. This improves my tour to Bergamo a lot as I only stay one night and if need to back to the property to get my luggage will be a rush for me. The stay is very nice too. Place is super clean, quiet and the room and bathroom spacious. With air-conditioning, it is very comfortable as well.

We travel the world, and this is one of the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Very clean, great location. Every little detail has been thought off. Great breakfast, a lot of snacks. The kitchen can be used for cooking if necessary. Riccardo is an excellent host, always responsive and available. He picked us up from the train station and drove us back when we checked out. He provided very detailed information about the city, restaurants etc. We would be happy to stay here again. N/A

Great place, all was clean and comfortable, incredible hosts, they were always checking in with us to make sure we have everything. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at Bergamo Bassa Guest House, a charming family-owned home with centuries of history. I slept like a baby ? Riccardo and Simone were incredibly kind and helpful—picking us up from the airport and dropping us off at the train station after we checked out. They even cooked breakfast for us! Thank you both for your warmth and hospitality. Wishing you all the best for the future ? Too short stay ? but it's nothing to do with them. We had to travel further.

An excellent choice for a few-days stay, perfect as a base for trips to nearby towns as well as to Bergamo itself. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The hosts- Riccardo and Simone, were very helpful in every way. Prepared a delicious breakfast for us each morning. They gave us a ride to the airport, looked after our luggage, and accommodated all our requests. We felt very comfortable and welcomed here.

Very kind, polite owner Riccardo and his son Simon, easy and simple comunication with them, if you have any questions. Clean and safe apartment in good location to reach Bergamo city and localities. Train station is about 10 minutes by foot. Breakfast was very tasty, very well organized airport pick-up. We really enjoyed our stay.
