I must say it was really a great place to stay. We loved our small garden. Breakfast was very good and Matteo took care of us perfectly. Everything was great.

Matteo is a really good host. We came very late and he picked us up at the airport. The room is not too big but is very nice and clean, and has a nice little garden.

Not stable water temperature when showering and sound insulation from traffic is a bit weak.

Check out is until 10:30h, and it would be nice that is longer. There is a lot of noise from coffee machine and from the outside.

Comfortable apartment, clean, with all the amenities and a nice view. Mateo was a perfect host, friendly and incredibly helpful, he was there for us with everything we needed, thank you very much!!!

Great breakfast. Friendly owner provided fast transport from airport for reasonable price. Hot water adjustement was a bit tricky :)

The room was clean and comfortable. It was great that the owner picked us up from the AirPort in the midle of the night (20 Euro). I was a bit worried that the lication was a bit off but it was not a problem. We either took a bus or just walked to downtown.

Breakfast was sufficient, coffee and tea throughout the day. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The place is a short walk from the bus stop. everything was OK

All was super, all was great

Very comfortable en suite room. Comfortable beds. Room could be as warm or as cool as you like as radiators have temperature controls. The French doors have locked gates in front of them allowing you to air the room safely. Great self service breakfast with plenty to accommodate the guests. Yogurts fruit and plain, plenty of bread and spreads, cheese, meats, croissants. One morning we enjoyed panettone along with everything else. Fresh coffee and hot water on tap. Beds made up every day and fresh towels too. If you know when you are arriving, let Matteo know and he will make sure he is there to let you in. You are given keys for the rest of your stay. The location is about 15mins walk from the station, heading back towards the airport. Easy to find especially with satnav. Thanks for an enjoyable stay Not enough plugs! Just 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom.

Matteo and his wife, absolutely lovely people can’t do enough for you. Room was super super clean…I’m fussy and the bathroom was cleaner than mine!!! Breakfast was also lovely all homemade. Nothing

Excellent location, close to the train station and the city, plenty of buses to get around if you wanted. Small but cosy room with a coffee machine for hot drinks and a lovely continental breakfast. Matteo was a great host, a lovely friendly guy.

Layout of the rooms is great, there are separate doors to each room and bathroom is in the hallway between rooms, so when going to the toilet you don't have to go through any room. Owner is very friendly

None • No WiFi (no instruction, router not working) • Had to bring breakfast from first floor kitchen into the third floor guest room • Finding the parking spot was so hard even at 5+ min walking distance

We got an Upgrade to a flat. The flat was spacious and clean. It was all perfect. Everything what you needed! Very friendly and very helpful hosts (Matteo and Sabrina) ! They did everything to make our stay wonderful. A very big thank you to them. There was nothing that I could find!
