The staff were super friendly. It was clean, but the sound wasn’t quite good, as I was able to hear other rooms. The location wasn’t the best, it was far away from Upper City, and if you plan to go by foot to the Central station, you have to go through some sketchy and dirty places, but I felt safe.

The property was perfect. It was very clean and it had everything you might need. We were with a 6 month old baby and the host provides us a crib it was very clean and had everything we needed. It had a private big bathroom and good water pressure. Has water dispenser and ashtray in front. 45 minutes walk from upper town. Bus stop 5 minutes away. Good location and a very nice and welcoming host. He recommended some very good places to eat.

Location was central. Ideal for many attractions in the lower city area

the host was amazing, very comunicative and welcoming the room was clean and everything was as written in the details room was air-conditioned, we had water and tea as guaranteed localization was poor, but with this price it was acceptable

Borghetto is the cleanest place and Andrea is the kindest host on Booking! Bed and location is great. Good connection with bus to the city center and to Funicolare for Citta Alta and as well for the airport.

We liked everything about it. Very careful owner, was in touch all the time, gave a lot of necessary recommendations.. The hotel is not far from the airport. You can easily get there by bus. From the bus stop - one minute walk. To Milan - 50 minutes by train. You can walk from the hotel to the railway station (15-20 minutes) or take the bus. The room and bathroom are very clean. The bed is wide, the mattress is good. There is always hot and cold water in the shower. There is a cooler, always available cold and hot drinking water, as well as tea, coffee, cups, spoons. It was quiet and peaceful. Very much liked the city of Bergamo itself! Very ancient, beautiful and cosy

The host was amazing, he helped us with everything and was very very kind. The location was wonderful, very clean, all in all a great experience. I really recommend it to everyone! I liked everything!

Kindest host I've ever met. The room was compact and clean. Hot water was available outside. We travel light and walking early morning to the airport carrying backpacks took us less than an hour. The environment wasn't very nice, but if you use the room mainly for sleeping it is just a perfect place to stay. It would have been nice to be able to use a refrigerator.

Our room was nice with nice privet bathroom and toilet. The accessibility is quiet easy as you have bus station to airport also to city center and city ALTA. The heating was through AC, so the floor was all the time cold. Also neighbors dogs barking all the time which makes you awake from early morning.

Caring and hospitable hosts. The room was warm and clean, comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower and hot water is available all the time. Cooler with hot and cold water, teabags, Instant coffee sachets and sugar are freely available. Bus stop near the house, convenient to get to Citta Alta, railway and central bus station. For people who have trouble sleeping, the hotel's location may be unfavorable. Near the airport and highway. But the owners prudently put earplugs in the room.
