Tile inside the restroom was broken and looks bad . But really clean. Ice machine was broken I couldn't get ice at night or morning. Experience was 9.5 out of 10

I think they need to change the beds and everything else to 100%.

El lugar estuvo muy accesible para nosotros, está todo muy cerca, lo único que no me gustó del todo fueron las camas y las almohadas pero por el precio pagado creo que es entendible, fuera de eso nuestra estancia fue muy buena!!

I'm not terribly fond of the pillows which have chunks of foam for filling and it feels weird to sleep on them

Building and property we’re okay in fare to good condition, the property is very close to freeway and loud freeway noise makes its way inside of room. Worst pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel, the one thing most important was un believably horrible, similar to a sack of potatoes, the price was excellent for the area. But not getting good sleep was not worth the price break.

This is a convenient off the freeway place to stay. No frills clean place to lay your head down in, shower etc. Its not perfect, mind u. but everything that NEEDS to work to get a good nights rest, speciffically

there were a half dozen GIGANTIC PILLOWS. i took one of the few towels and rolled it for a neck support. took a pillow case off one of the gigantic pillows to cover my head and my eyes. had to pull the entire "spread" "blanket" from being tucked in to double it for sufficient warmth. should have asked for another blanket. doubling work. LIGHTS? i unplugged the desk lamp to bring it to the end table so i could have sufficient light to read before falling asleep. the bulb at the bedstead was only enough for moving around in the dark of night. a bigger bulb would have been nice or better lamp w/capacity for a bigger bulb. the tv station choices were outstanding. the lone ranger!!! and a variety of choices . the towels and wash cloths were cheap and thin. the room's fridge did work for some milk and fruit i bought but the freezer had a puddle of water in it. the staff was outstanding. i was allowed to leave my car in the lot for the trip to sacramento w/others to lobby. and when i was dropped off, the man at the desk let me use the employee bathroom before my drive back to alameda. the website said there would be a continental breakfast at either 6:30 or 7. that needs to be deleted.

Also that they only have hot water but where's the coffee or tea to go with it? This is saying it's a hotel to me I would say it's a motel. Also for the price its not adequate for this motel, another thing is the lamp that was in the room when I was trying to see what was wrong with the light, the plug was bent. The third floor where I was staying in the room looked nice and the beds needed to be upgraded. Thank you for this motel. I like to experience different motels & hotels.Checking in the front desk person was nice +10

There are small defects like dents or torn paint, the toilet is peeled off, so dance when you sit on it. The rest is fine.
