The staff either could not speak English or pretended they could not. No air-conditioning in the lobby or hallways. Stand at the desk for long periods of time waiting for someone to come from their room upstairs to wait on you. Just to be treated like they don't know how to speak English. Won't stay here again that's for sure.

Need upgrades and it was suppose to be non-smoking....need better cleanliness. Vacuuming. Etc. TV was messed up..bless yall!!

Enjoyed stay. Very nice location. Rooms were very nice and beds comfortable. Only downside was no breakfast

new. Rooms are larger than most comparable hotels with a microwave and fridge. Roomy, clean bathroom and a closet. items. 24 hour Keurig coffee/espresso machine is a nice touch. Great location in Bessemer area. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Location from water park The employees was rude! The key kept goin out had to keep getting new ones. Pool started getting worked on. Had room 222 it smelled lil mold the tube was nasty hair was in the bed! Was moved to 219. No breakfast only a coffee maker down stairs. Only one side works ! Also wanted to wash swimming clothes couldn’t because no one would give quarter. Refrigerator dnt have a freezer.

Certain things like the bathtub bathroom did not have a trash can. The ceiling had a crack in it like it’s going to fall in sooner or later. Hotel needs to update some things here.

They need to do better with the rooms the bathroom tub needs updating it’s always something in it for the 2nd time.

The bed needs upgraded,there was a cockroach in our room and the elevator was very musty. Other than that it was pretty decent.

They two front desk employees was very rude if I was to ask about something they were kinda of snappy . But when I first got in room it had a smell and air didn’t work ask to be moved I was told they would fix the problem instead which they did ! And room didn’t have an remote had to get that from front desk and in the draw in room was a pair of pants so I knew the room wasn’t properly clean

Booked for a week staff was rude didn't clean my room got there friday checked out Monday even tho I was supposed to stay a week didn't bother to bring towels toilet paper nothing and while I was there the elevator broke run far away
