Love the location great room!

It was a very nice property We were awakened at 8am to drills and hammers. We did not realize until later that that was what we were hearing we just thought that someone was coming through our ceiling. Our room was not cleaned or restocked and we did not realize that until after midnight and it was too late to address that with the staff.

Staff was very helpful - gave me a phone charger when I didn’t have my own. Hotel was clean and conveniently located.

it is located in the most convenient and fun area of Rockville- in Pike and Rose. Plenty of restaurants, great stores and entertainment venues.

Clean, easy to get to, and some fun restaurants in the area. Paid for breakfast was underwhelming for the price. One of my friends (also staying at the hotel) compared it to a cheap continental breakfast. AC in room was in consistent and room was regularly above 75 and had to call desk for help. Calling did not fix problem long term. We found trash not belonging to us in the room, under night stand/ bed. “Cooling drawer” had no cooling effects at all.

Truly unique experience at the canopy. Above average dining area with a very alive outside bar. The cherry on top was the live music. The hotel is in such a prime location.

I was surprised to not find a microwave in my room, and the refrigerator wasn't as intuitive to adjust (increase coolness). However, the core of how I use a hotel room was excellent. It was clean, well-maintained, and functional. The thermometer in the room was surprisingly responsive; the ideal temp was just a button push away.

Room had a lot of hair and dust/dirt all over the bench and floor. We booked this hotel because it said we could use one of their foldout beds, since we have a family of 5 and only needed a quick place to sleep, limited hotels available. Told me on arrival that they would not allow the foldout bed in this room because it's a fire hazard. We did squeeze onto the beds, but I didn't appreciate having to learn the option wasn't an option at 2am arrival. No fridge, just a "cooling drawer" that had no controls and was warmer than the rest of the room. No real restaurant options for breakfast around. Website implied there was. 8am wakeup to drilling and hammering above. Custodial staff just wanted to make sure we meant the "Sleeping; Do not clean" door hanger, also. Bare bones hotel room; not worth $230 for 6 hours of stay. The checkout person did say that she was "super sorry" about the foldout bed and the noise things.

Location It smelled like marijuana, and it was report. They asked how can we make this better...no tell me what you are going to do for me..like a discount...not a bag of chips.

Location was great The staff was hit or miss. One reception staff member was wonderful, but two different interactions with other reception folks colored the experience negatively. Along with feeling like we were you going to have to sleep in the lobby bc of poor communication from the staff at check in. We didn’t have a fridge but did have a non chilling chilling box that was a waste of space. The floor’s ice maker and water machine had weird stuff coming out of it.
