** the person at the front desk when we checked in was really rough , not friendly so that was really bad ** having to pay $24 daily to park was unfortunate When hotel has plenty of parking = We won’t be staying here again. Respectfully

The pool was under construction and I didn’t like paying for parking, the employee at the pool was rude and ignored me when I had a question also he was playing on his phone.

Clean, spacious rooms. Swimming pools could use touchups and showers

We had a plumbing issue with our 1st room & they handled it very quickly and moved us to another room. When we arrived in that room there was only a twin size sheet on our king bed & they rectified it immediately with remaking the bed with fresh linens. We loved the free perks of drinks & snacks during happy hour. As far as breakfast, we were there 3 days & they only had pork meat options which is something we don’t eat & overall they should consider turkey, beef, chicken or vegan options as well.

I must say all the staff was very welcoming and warm but Lucy, Marie and the chef Manuel they made my stay exceptionally accommodating

This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. Although there is a parking garage the spots are so small it’s hard to fit a regular sized car in most of the spaces. The front desk staff was less than attentive when we brought things to their attention but the staff in the breakfast room was extraordinary making the start to every day amazing! Special shout out to Marie and Xuan who were so helpful. Would I come back? Not sure.

Breakfast, pools, exercise rooms, suite style

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff was excellent. Marie & especially Blonca, were exceptionally helpful , patient , pleasant and very nice. They made me fill welcomed and special. Kudos for having such wonderful staff! The room was nice. A little smaller that I expected. The location of the property and the property itself was in a great location and well maintained. The happy hour needed a little help with what to serve. I'm not a drinker, so I really didn't enjoy it that much, If you are, I'm sure 2 free alcoholic beverage would make you happy. They could use more items to eat and drink at the happy hour. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with excellent staff members!

This hotel was excellent and extremely clean. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful, they assisted me with any and every need I had. I would happy return anytime!!

One of the best hotels in the DMV area. All the employees since the arriving was outstanding. The facilities are on point and all the services was wonderfull. Location, price and customer service oustanding

What can I say or not say about the excellence of the Embassy Suites By Hilton Bethesda Washington from the concierge to the staff who services the food and the technicians on staff everything was A+ and this is why my family always stay at this location of visiting Bethesda Maryland.

Nice place to stay. Close to shopping. Mall was in walking distance.
