Unprofessional management staff. Poor communication, left me without a room or options at 11pm with 4 kids. Never visiting, do not recommend.

Nice served breakfast

Breakfast Horrible employees Sewage leak in room soaked my whole bag and cloths switched rooms and asked for a 1 night comp. Was told I habe 1 hour to leave when I told them 40 dollars wasnt going to make me happy.

Nice clean room , good A/C , we enjoyed the 24hr coffee,tea , hot water service and the ice machine was very helpful.

Air conditioning unit was very loud which made it hard to sleep

Nothing There was mold all over the bathroom. I checked out less than an hour of checking in. I have been trying to contact someone for a refund because I paid for 2 nights and didnt stay. I woukd never recommend staying here.

Under Best Western new management the difference is immediate. I stayed when it was Fairfield Suite. Staff at that time could not control smokes in the rooms. Today with guess signing a commitment to pay a $250 fine if they smoke in rooms or inside the change is immediate. Being in a smoke free environment is essential for my well-being. I will be back. It would be great to enforce a $250 fine for smoking outside on the property. I can only hope. Good job

Room was clean. Always seen cleaning staff in hallways. Kept the hallway clean. Breakfast was great in the morning. Wasn't a fan of having the sink on the outside of the bathroom.

As with most hotels the rooms were not very well cleaned. There were socks under a chair that did not beling to us. The beds are uncomfortable. I found hair all over the tub. i will say there was a toilet issue where it kept running and the maintenance man was excellent Staff were very nice.

Fresh Air, Clean room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Fitness room has no weights, at least you need to get some dumbbells.

We were on the 2nd floor and when we got into our room the windows were not locked. Having a toddler this posed a serious issue for me. The other issue was the humidity level in the room. Everything seemed sticky. The sheets for the pull out couch had random hairs on them, looking as if they hadn't been laundered in a while.
